Results All cases could display an enhanced mass as local filling defect at the site of the duodenal Vater′s ampulla during arterial and portal phase scanning, the tumors ranged in size from 1 cm to 5 cm with mean of 2.3 cm, all were accompanied with dilated intrahepatic and common bile duct, enlarged gallbladder and dilated pancreatic duct, except one case which had marked atrophy of the pancreatic body and tail.

结果螺旋CT动脉和门脉期增强扫描，15例均清晰显示十二指肠乳头部局限性强化的充盈缺损块影，肿瘤瘤径为1～5 cm，平均2.3 cm。所有病例均可见肝内胆管扩张、胆囊增大、胆总管扩张和胰腺管的扩张，仅有1例伴胰体尾部的明显萎缩。

Results 30 patients developed acture panereatitis after the ERCP, risk factors for post ERCP panereatitis were age, sex, body mass index, endoscopic sphinctcrotomy, multiple eannolation attemps, multiple pancreatic injection and recurrent pancreatitis.

They were male in 8 eases and female in 14. Pancreatic cystoadenoma was in 14 cases (63.30%) and pancreatic cystoadenocarcinoma in 8(36.3%). It was 1.7:1 between two groups. Tumor at the head of pancreas was 6 cases (27.21%). at body-tail 12 (54.5%). at tail 4 (18.1%). Local resection was performed in one case, pancreatic body-tailectomy pancreatoc1uodenectoni in 3, central pancreatectomy in 2 cases.

男8例，女14例。14例(63.3%)为胰腺囊腺瘤（浆液性6例、黏液性8例），8例(36.3%)为胰腺囊腺癌，两者之比为1.7：l肿瘤位于胰腺头部6例(27.2%)，胰腺体尾部12例(54.5%)，胰腺尾部4例(181%)行胰腺肿瘤局部切除术l例，肤腺体尾部切除术14例，胰头十二指肠切除术3例，胰腺中段切除术2例，囊肿－空肠Roux-Y吻合术1例，T管架桥胆－肠内引流术1例。

METHODS:(1)The bile-pancreatic ducts of rats were ligated,the catheters were inserted into right jugular vein and jejunum and the acute pancreatitis model was established.Forty pancreatitic rats were divided into four groups and were given simple parenteral nutrition(PN,n=10),early enteral nutrition(EEN,n=10), median enteral nutrition(MEN,n=10),and late enteral nutrition(LEN,n=10) respectively.

(1)结扎大鼠胆胰管，经右颈静脉及空肠插管建立大鼠急性胰腺炎营养支持模型。40只急性胰腺炎大鼠分别给予：单纯肠外营养(PN组，n=10)，早期肠内营养(EEN组，n=10)，中期肠内营养(MEN组，n=10)，晚期肠内营养(LEN组，n=10)。

Conventional CT showed 44 cases of edematous type, dynamic contrast enhanced CT found 28 cases had different degree of necrosis of the pancreatic tissue, 6 cases were found to have focal hemorrhage, peripancreatic fluid accumulation were found in 32 cases, pseudocyst were found in 3 cases, abscess in 2 cases.

常规平扫显示胰腺水肿44例，动态增强扫描显示28例出现不同程度的胰腺组织坏死，6例检出局灶性出血；胰周液体聚集32例；假性囊肿3例，脓肿2例；伴胆石症15例，胆囊肿大或胆囊壁增厚22例；胆急管扩张12例，胰管扩张5例；胸腔积液11例。

The method is an effective way to increase the pharmic concentration in the pancreatic blood,and it can also decrease the morbidity and mortality of the patients with acute severe pancreatitis.Thus,this treatment method might be recommendˉed in our clinical practice.

手术中置管并在术后持续药物灌注是治疗急性重症胰腺炎的有效方法，它能有效地提高胰腺局部的血药浓度，选择性强，能有效减少胰腺炎的并发症和死亡率，是一种值得进一步探讨和推荐的治疗方法。
