From 2003 to 2005, we had cured complicated tibiofibula fracture with toroid clamp stand for 17 cases. They do not go beyond between kneel and ankle. We observed the degree of functional recovery and the close of fracture.

我科于2003年至2005年治疗复杂胫腓骨骨折17例，用闭合穿针，环形外固定支架固定，胫腓骨骨折区域用环形式外固定支架固定，外固定范围不超出膝、踝关节，观察骨折愈合情况和功能恢复程度。

Six strains of Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae were isolated from disease tobaccos in Yongzhou and Ningxiang from heavy disease plots;. Pathogenicity was tested to six strains, the results shows the strain of phy3 have strong pathogenicity. We also studied the effect of several solutions for producing zoosporangium in Artificial culture condition, the result shows the hyphea culture with 0.1% KNO3 produced the most quantity of zoosporangiums.

2001～2003年，从湖南永州和宁乡等地发病重的田块采集病株共分离到烟草黑胫病菌(Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae)菌株6株，经离体叶片致病力筛选，烟草黑胫病菌株phy3为强致病力菌株，病情指数达到89％；并在实验室条件下，研究了几种溶液诱导孢子囊的产生效果，结果证明经0.1％KNO，处理产生孢子囊最多。

资料与方法：胫腓骨开放性骨折患者共选择吉林大学中日联谊医院(或原白求恩医科大学第三临床学院)自2000年1月至2006年2月患者共297例，年龄18-60岁，胫腓骨开放性骨折患者按Gustilo分型均为IlIa以下型，其中外固定架组171例，带锁髓内针组126例。

The excellent and good rate was 85％.Conclusion To fix the fracture and repair the inferior tibiofibular ligament would restore the structure of malleolar cave and avoid the occurrence of traumatic osteoarthritis.

To control tobacco black shank disease rationally, reduce resistance, 34 strains of Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae were isolated from 6 region of Yunnan province and all isolates were determined their resistance to metalaxyl. The results indicated that of all tested isolates, there were 12 high resistance, 5 middle resistance and 17 low resistance isolates respectively.

为合理防治烟草黑胫病，减少抗药性产生，从云南省6个地州分离烟草黑胫病菌菌株34个，就分离菌株对甲霜灵的抗药性进行了测定，结果表明，供试34个菌株中中高抗菌株12个，中抗菌株比例较高5个，低抗菌株17个。

In order to evaluate resistance risk of Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae to metalaxyl, the metalaxyl-sensitive strain 240 and metalaxyl-resistant strain191 were studied. The results showed that the mutation rate of metalaxyl-sensitive strain 240 was 7.0×10–5 on CA medium with metalaxyl concentration of 10μg/mL.
