Results: MR demonstrated capsule wall and papillary solid lesions in one case with cystic and solid lesions of hepatobiliary cystadenoma. Poly cystic form tan if different sine in sew case, capsule wall and septation was thick, part of capsule wall was obviously thickened and nodes form, intrahepatic bile duct was dilated, large poly-antrum cystic keen form structure in one case, capsule wall and septation were smooth, part of capsule wall was uniformly thicken, capsule wall, septation, mural nodus form and solid lesions in three cases wee all slightly hyperintense on T2WI and slightly hypointense on T1WI. Part of cyst fluid was hypointense on T2WI the diameter if tumor ranged from 3.4cm to 13.5cm. Part of capsule wall, septation, solid lesions and mural nodus west obviously enhanced in arterial phase in three cases, the extent of enhancement showed a little degrade in port vein phase, balance phase and delay phase, but dense to liver parenchyma at synchronization.

结果：3例肝内胆管囊腺瘤中1例呈囊实性结构，可见囊壁及乳头状实性肿块；1例为多个大小不等的多房囊状结构，囊壁及分隔光滑，囊壁局部明显增厚，有壁结节，周围见轻度的肝内胆管扩张；1例为巨大的多房囊状结构，囊壁及分隔光滑，局部均匀增厚；3例中的囊壁、分隔、壁结节及实性部分均呈T2WI稍高信号、T1WI稍低信号，囊内液性部分均呈T2WI高信号、T1WI低信号；肿瘤瘤体大小径线范围3.4~13.5cm.3例肝内胆管囊腺瘤中囊壁、分隔、实性肿块和壁结节动脉期均明显强化，门脉期、平衡期及延迟期强化程度略减低，强化程度均高于同期肝实质。

The "spiculation"sign raised accurate rate of the diagnosis by 11.8%.Conclusion Real-time three-dimension ultrasound is a good supplement of two-dimension ultrasound.It can give more diagnosis information of the breast mass,especially to the small mass which can not be diagnosed definitely by two-dimension ultrasound.To analyse the characteristics of coronary section will improve the diagnosis accurate rate of the breast cancer.

结果：26例患者均有不同程度的胆道系统低位梗阻，25例CT图像能明确壶腹部肿块，能清晰显示肿瘤的部位，大小以及周围组织结构的关系。结论：壶腹部肿块是乏特氏壶腹癌的CT直接征象，应用螺旋CT薄层增强扫描与图像后处理技术相结合对壶腹癌的诊断和鉴别诊断是可靠而有效的方法，并对其手术治疗提供重要的指导作用。

Results For the first primary lesions,most of them were stage IIa, including 12 invasive ductal caicinoma, 5DCIS, 2 invasive lobular caicinoma, a invasive carcinoma with cribriform pattern and 1 case mixed-cell carcinoma. On FFDM, 5 had microcalcification,13 were mass, 1 showed focal high attenuation and 2 were not detected. For the second primary lesions, most of them were stage 0, including 7 invasive ductal carcinoma, 12 DCIS ,1 invasive lobular carcinoma, 1 mixed-cell carcinoma.

结果；第一原发癌以Ⅱa期为主，浸润性导管癌12例，导管原位癌5例，浸润性小叶癌2例，浸润性筛状癌1例，混合细胞癌1例；5例以微钙化为主要表现，13例肿块，局部密度曾浓1例，2例未见异常；第二原发性癌以0期为主，浸润性异常癌7例，导管原位癌12例，浸润性小叶癌1例，混合细胞癌1例；11例以微钙化为主要表现，肿块3例，结构不良4例，局部密度曾浓1例，2例未见异常。

There were five cases of lung tumors with cystadenoma change, two cases of pulmonary sequestration, and two cases with lung tumor diminution.

结果 9例产前超声检查中发现胎儿肺部肿块；其中5例为胎儿肺囊腺瘤样改变；2例肺分离；2例肿块逐渐缩小。

Results Among the 12 cases cystosarcoma phyllodesand, 5 cases underwent total mastectomy, 2 cases underwent modified radical masteetomy, 1 case underwent local excision and reserve nipple, and 4 cases underwent lesion removed and reserve nipple or gland.

结果 12例乳腺叶状囊肉瘤中，行单纯乳房切除术5例，改良根治术2例，保留乳头皮下乳房切除术1例，保留乳头和部分压缩腺体加肿块切除术4例；术后随访1～18年，失访1例，2例分别于术后1.5年、2年出现肿块复发，再次手术切除，其余患者无复发或转移，并元瘤生存。
