Results Of total 8 cases, 4 eases were located in the side of cerebral falx or sinus,2 eases in the convexity of the brain,1 ease in the sphenoidal erest,1 ease in the tentoriam of cerebellum the main findings were as followes: 4 eases were cystic tumores with obvious enhancement in the substant parts; 2 eases were shown as eystoma with the wall knot enhanced obviously; cystic tumores were found in 2 eases with the wreath form enhance; peritumoral edemaarea in 2 ease, hyperostosis were seen in 3 eases.

结果 本组8例囊性脑膜瘤均为良性，肿瘤位于镰旁／窦旁4例，大脑凸面2例，蝶骨嵴1例，小脑幕1例。其主要CT表现有：囊实性肿块，实质部分强化明显，4例；有壁结节的囊性病变，增强时壁结节强化明显，2例；环形强化的囊性肿块2例；瘤周伴水样低密度区2例，邻近骨质增生硬化3例。

其在MRI表现各具有影像学特征，眼眶肿瘤多表现为位于眼眶内、外的局限性软组织肿块，MR T1WI呈等或稍低信号，T2WI呈高或等信号多见；炎性假瘤则表现为眶内局限性软组织肿块或弥漫性异常信号，MR T1WI呈低信号，T2WI呈高信号，常伴有眼肌肥大或眼环增厚，泪腺肿大等。

We suggest that those breast lumps with deep lobulation sign and/or spiculation were belong to malignant appearance and margin signs group,and others(with neither deep lobulation sign nor spiculation) were belong to benign appearance and margin signs group.

具有深分叶和/或毛刺的肿块归为恶性"形边征"组，无深分叶又无毛刺的肿块归为良性"形边征"组。

objective:to explore the clinical value of digital mammography on diagnosis of small breast cancer.methods:we retrospectively analyzed the representation of molybdenum target x-ray in 40 patients with small breast cancer diagnosed by biopsy.result:the molybdenum target x-ray showed nodosity tumor in 17 cases,calcification in 13 cases,density in 8 cases,focal grand architectural distortion in 6 case,single dilated in 3 cases and blood vessel line thickening in 6 case.conclusions:digital mammography is the most important means in the diagnosis of small breast cancer,which can distinguish between different kinds of breast density of different tissues and find small breast lump.the mammography has a high sensitivity in the diagnosis of small breast cancer.

目的：提高对小乳癌影像学的认识。方法：回顾性分析40例经病理证实的小乳癌患者的x线片。结果：x线表现为肿块17例，钙化13例，致密影8例，局部结构紊乱6例，单支导管扩张3例，血管影增多、增粗6例。结论：影像学是小乳癌诊断的最主要手段，能区别乳房各种不同组织的不同密度，能发现较小的乳腺肿块，对于乳腺癌的诊断，乳腺x线钼靶摄片具有较高的灵敏度。
