MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Content of monoamine transmitter such as levarterenol, adnephrin, dopamine, indoleacetic acid, homovanillic acid and 5-serotonin.

主要观察指标：测定各组大鼠脑组织单胺类神经递质去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素、多巴胺、吲哚乙酸、高香草酸和5-羟色胺的含量，并进行组间对比。

Venous blood was drawn from 35 old hypertension patients when blood pressure was nomial and abnormal, respectively. Epinephrine. norepinephine, endothelins, angiotensin Ⅱ and calcitonin-gene-related peptide were determined by radio-immunity. The above five cytokines were also determined in 33 old healthy people. The cytokines levels were compared between the normal and abnormal blond pressure in hypertension patients and also between the old hypertension patients and healthy persons. The correlation between blood pressure and cytokines were analyzed.

35例老年EH患者，血压正常时和血压波动时各抽取静脉血一次，放射免疫法检测肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、内皮素、血管紧张素Ⅱ和降钙素基因相关肽水平，同时检测33例健康老年人群各因子水平，比较EH患者血压波动前后各因子水平的差异和血压正常范围时两组人群各因子水平差异，分析不同状态下血压和各因子水平之间的相关性。

There was no difference between the two groups withregard to plasmatic levels of norepinephrine, epinephrine, cortisol,or ACTH at any sample time, although the blood level of thesehormones significantly increased in each group with surgicalstimulation.

血中肾上腺素，去甲肾上腺素，皮质醇和促肾上腺皮质激素的值虽然由於手术刺激而增高，但是两组间没有差异。

目的 探讨食管、胃切除术后上消化道出血的原因及内镜下治疗的方法、效果方法对食管、胃切除术后引起大出血的患者行急症内镜检查，用冰冻生理盐水100ml+去甲肾上腺素8mg反复冲洗，暴露出血部位后在病灶周围黏膜下注射1∶10000肾上腺素及高渗盐水，无出血后，退镜于出血部位喷洒云南白药及凝血酶，防止再次出血。

对食管、胃切除术后引起大出血的患者行急症内镜检查，用冰冻生理盐水lOOml＋去甲肾上腺素8mg反复冲洗，暴露出血部位后在病灶周围黏膜下注射1：10000肾上腺素及高渗盐水，无出血后，退镜前于出血部位喷洒云南白药及凝血酶，防止再次出血。

Results:The rats occurred rotational behavior to ipsilateral side of intranigral FeCl3 injection; the DA level of FeCl3 and FeCl2 injection side reduced significantly (P＜0.01), the A, NA and 5-HT were uneffected.

结果： 注射FeCl3的大鼠出现向损毁同侧的旋转行为；注射FeCl3和FeCl2侧黑质内多巴胺水平显著降低，去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素和5-羟色胺水平不受影响。

METHODS: The maximum number of platelet binding sites and their affinity for [3H]-rauwolscine, a selectie alpha 2-AR antagonist, were measured in unmedicated and medicated major depressed patients and in normal olunteers.

背景：曾认为抑郁症可以伴随中枢α2肾上腺素受体密度的降低，继发突触前儿茶酚胺神经元负性反馈的损害，导致刺激后去甲肾上腺素输出和释放去抑制功能的减弱。

Results AE from CM had vasodilating effect on the contracti on of mesentery blood capillary in guinea pigs and the contraction of rat thoracic aortic ring induced by l0μmol/L phenylephrine, even under the condition of pre-treating with glibenclamide (1μmol/L) or propranolol (3μmol/L). When the endothelium of the rat thoracic aortic ring was removed, AE from CM had not vasodilating effect hut constrictive effect. AE from CM could also increase the contents of NO, NOS and cNOS in the aortic tissue and had no obvious effect on the NO content in plasma and iNOS in aortic tissue of rats.

结果 桑白皮丙酮提取物有抑制去甲肾上腺素收缩豚鼠肠系膜微血管的作用，抑制苯肾上腺素(10μmol/L)收缩离体大鼠胸主动脉环的作用，预加优降糖或普蔡洛尔(3μmol／L)后仍然有松弛作用；大鼠胸主动脉环去内皮后药物无松弛作用，反而起收缩作用；显著升高血管的NO和NOS、cNOS含量，对大鼠血浆的NO和血管iNOS的含量影响不大。

Based on it, further experiment was carried out to investigate the topical use of papaverine for the polential role of hearing protection in surgery. Fifteen purebred Zelanian big rabbits were derided into 5 groups, each respectively, as the group with phenylephrine (group 1), with papaverine and phenylephrine (group 2), with physiological saline solution. Auditory brainstem sponse latency and distortion product otoacoustic emissions were measured at different times.

将15只（30耳）大白兔暴露面听神经血管复合体后，分为局部应用去氧肾上腺素组（实验组1，10耳）、局部注射罂粟碱后再放置去氧肾上腺素组（实验组2，10耳）和局部放置生理盐水组（对照组，10耳），分别用听性脑干反应和畸变产物耳声发射观察三组兔听功能的变化。
