Objective To study the method and effect of early part absence of auricle with temporal fascia flap of mastoid area.

目的：探讨采用耳后乳突区带蒂皮瓣早期修复外伤性耳廓缺损的方法和效果。

METHODSThe auricle inflammation models were made with xylene and croton oil to investigate the effects of Purslane extracton auricel swelling in mice.The acetic acid twisting body test and the hotplate test were used for the study of analgesic effects of the ethyl acetate extract in mice.

方法］采用二甲苯及巴豆油致小鼠耳廓炎症的方法，观察马齿苋提取物对小鼠耳廓肿胀度的影响；采用扭体法和热板法，观察对小鼠镇痛作用的影响。

METHODS: Healthy, pigmented, adult guinea pigs of both sexes with intact Preyer's reflex were divided into 3 groups (cochlea group,brain group and lung group).

成年健康杂色豚鼠，耳廓反射灵敏，分别取耳蜗、脑、肺三组组织，免疫组织化学法及Western Blot研究紧密连接蛋白occludin，ZO-1在耳蜗外侧壁血管纹中的表达，以脑组、肺组为阳性对照。

Methods Autologous BMMSC of New Zealand rabbits were acquired and induced into chondrogenic differentiation by adding transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), dexamethasane and ascorbic acid in vitro. Then the chondrocytes were implanted onto novel polymeric scaffolds made by Poly (dl-lactide-co-glycolide) embedding with chitosan nonwoven cloth. The tissue engineering cartilaginous grafts composed of chondrogenetic BMMSC/scaffolds were finally transplanted into the defects of ear cartilage in rabbits of the experimental group.

取新西兰大白兔BMMSC体外培养扩增，以含转化生长因子(TGF-β1)、地塞米松和维生素C的培养液做诱导培养，实验组以诱导后的软骨细胞与聚丙交酯－乙交酯共聚物Poly(dl-lactide-co-glycolide)包埋甲壳胺无纺布的新型支架形成复合物修复兔自体耳廓软骨缺损；对照组以PLGA/甲壳胺无纺布支架修复兔耳廓软骨缺损。

CASE REPORTAfter analyzing the identification data in 47 cases of ear trauma from January, 1994 to April, 2002, it was studied that the correlated problems of forensic clinical identification for ear trauma. Out of 47 cases of ear trauma, male was 72%, 30～49 of ages was 60%, the farmers and workers occupy 51%, the civil case occupies 85%. The part of ear injury was most of auricle of ear(43%)and ear drum(25%). There was no different in injury of right and left ear and the flesh trauma occupies 66%.

病例报告通过对 1994年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 4月的 47例耳外伤鉴定资料分析，探讨在耳外伤法医临床学鉴定中涉及的相关问题。47例耳外伤中男性占72 %，年龄 30～ 49岁占 6 0 %，工人和农民占 5 1%，民事案件占 85 %，损伤部位以鼓膜和耳廓损伤为多，分别占 43%和 2 5 %，左右耳受伤机率基本相同，轻伤占 6 6 %。
