Methods:Fourteen cases were treated with different flaps,including retroauri cular pedicle flap,retroauricular musculocutaneous flap,chondric flap in medial auricle combined with retroauricular flap,and preauricular flap with retroauricu lar flap.All the cases were followed up.

对耳郭部分缺损的14例采用耳后带蒂皮瓣，耳后肌为蒂的皮瓣，耳郭内侧软骨皮瓣、耳后皮瓣联合整复和耳前、耳后皮瓣联合整复等4种不同的手术方法和皮瓣进行一期整复，并术后随访。

objectiveto study on the method and results on the rebuild auricle with medpor on expanded skin flap of the mastoid process area.methodsthirty-six cases with congenital vestigial auricles:ⅰstage, put the 50ml kidney skin parenchyma dilater under the auricle mastoid process area for 3～5 months.

目的：探讨采用耳后乳突区皮肤扩张皮瓣用于全耳廓再造术的方法及临床效果。方法：36例先天性小耳畸形作全耳廓再造术，ⅰ期先在患侧耳后乳突区皮下置入50ml肾形皮肤软组织扩张器3～5个月至预期皮肤面积，然后ⅱ期手术将此皮瓣覆盖于整个medpor支架表面，再造外耳廓。

In this serises,21 cases had facial paralysis,19 cases with suppurative labyrinthitis.3 cases with meningitis, 17 cases with periauricular abscess, 17 cases with postauricular fistula,4 cases with otogenic meningitis brain absess, 2 cases with lesion of sigmoid sinus and,1 cases with influence under temporalis,1 case with neck abscess,I case with mandible arthritis.

结果74例患者中单项并发症者62例(83.8%)，2项并发症者12例(16.2%)，并发症总计86例次：其中周围性面瘫21例次(24.4%)，迷路炎19例次(22.1%)，脑膜炎3例次(3.5%)，耳后骨膜下脓肿17例次(19.8%)，耳后瘘管17例次(19.8%)，脑脓肿4例次(4.7%)，乙状窦病变2例次(2.3%)，颞肌下感染1例次(1.2%)，颈部脓肿1例次(1.2%)，下颌关节炎1例次(1.2%)。

During the operation,a postauricular\|mastoid flap based on the edge of the helix defect was raised .As the frame,a piece of concha cartilage taken together with the flap or costal cartilage of 0.3～0.4 cm in width was fixed to the auricular defect.

应用陈氏对外伤性耳廓部分缺损修复术式，并改进设计以耳廓缺损前缘为蒂的耳后乳突区皮瓣，携带耳甲后软骨块，或以缺损缘一端为蒂，切取一条正常软骨宽0.3～0.4cm，固定支撑，皮瓣包卷覆盖塑形。

Site happened was particularly prevalent in the head and neck, armpits, groin, neck, preauricular, retroauricular, stock lymph nodes, submandibular lymph nodes and so on.

发生的部位多见于头颈部、腋窝、腹股沟、颈后、耳前、耳后、股淋巴结、颌下淋巴结等。

Methods From July 1995 to April 2005, three operative methods, cartilage bracket and retroauricular expanded flap, silicone bracket and retroauricular flap and full-thickness skin grafting,local excision and para-position suture, were employed to treat 11 cases of traumatic partial auricle defects.

1995年7月～2005年4月，分别采用软骨支架+耳后扩张皮瓣、硅胶支架+耳后皮瓣+全厚皮片和局部切除+对位缝合三种术式，治疗外伤性部分耳郭缺损患者11例，分析总结其临床资料。

Among them, 12 cases were microtia, and other 3 cases were aquired defects from injury. All cases underwent auricular reconstruction using retroauricular tissue expansion and autogenous costal cartilage framework.

行全耳再造术，移植自体肋软骨雕刻成耳软骨支架，利用扩张的耳后皮肤软组织制备皮瓣覆盖耳软骨支架，形成再造耳。

Methods The operation was divided into two stages. In the first stage, the expander was implanted behind the ear, and was expanded. In the second stage, with autogenous costal cartilage or medpor materials, curve suitable framework, implant and suture it with remnant costal cartilage,overlap it by fascial flap behind the ear and expanded skin flap. Graft skin behind the ear.

手术分2期进行，Ⅰ期在耳后埋置扩张器并进行扩张；Ⅱ期手术以自体肋软骨或Medpor材料为支架，雕刻合适大小的支架，植入后与患侧耳残余软骨缝合，用耳后筋膜瓣和扩张皮肤覆盖支架，耳后区植皮。

The experimental group underwent an incision inferior to the pinna, and the cochleas were destoried with a drill through the bulla bilaterally. The control group underwent only an incision without cochlea ablation.

实验组采用耳后径路开放听泡，用微型钻在耳蜗表面钻孔损毁双侧耳蜗结构；对照组仅做耳后切口不破坏耳蜗结构。
