首先，深入研究网络GIS的体系结构、实现技术及相关知识，通过分析比较国内外几种主要网络GIS平台之后，提出基于ArcGIS Server的空间资源信息发布系统解决方案；然后通过自主研发"生僻字检索工具软件"，解决生僻字与国标字的一体化录入以及生僻字的分发应用问题；结合更新项目管理信息发布系统功能，分析提出本系统的总体设计，以及数据库的合理结构；最后，通过空间资源信息发布系统、在线文件管理系统和更新项目信息网三个模块的开发，按地域来组织和管理更新信息，并提供基于网络和GIS技术的信息查询和分析手段，实现各类信息的科学化和自动化管理。

It has carried out a physical experiment building and a virtual laboratory of electromagnetic induction based on VRML, using 3D MAX and VRML to make the three dimensional virtual test equipment, and produces the strategy which could optimize the VRML document, unify VRML and script language JavaScript to realize the object alternately operation in the three dimensional scene ; Using the embed element to insert the virtual experimental file to the HTML documents and realizes the network issue of virtual experimental system, which enables the studier to carry on the browsing study through Internet. 具体是基于VRML实现了一栋物理实验大楼及一个电磁感应虚拟实验室，利用3D MAX、VRML进行三维虚拟实验设备的构建，并给出了优化VRML文件的策略，结合VRML和脚本语言JavaScript实现三维场景中模型对象的交互操作，使用embed元素将虚拟实验文件嵌入到HTML文档中实现虚拟实验系统的网络发布，使学习者能通过Internet进行浏览学习，最后介绍了该虚拟实验系统的试用评价情况。

By means of the 3Ds Max and Flash software ,this system reappeared the structure of various automobile parts and their working principle and moving mode,which made the teaching more vividly and lively; Using Goldwave and LAME MP3 Encoder audio-frequency software effectively compressed the system audio media document, so it could reduce the overall system possessive amount; Many kinds of alternately responsible types such as the button,hot spot,text entry and so on,and the function of jumps transfers and link including the hypertext link,goto sentence, navigation icon had been used ingeniously and comprehensivly,which was more helpful to complete successfuly in the interactive design .In order to realize the network publishing of the course soft,source program was optimized on the base of facing to the CD-ROM package.

在系统设计过程中，利用3Ds Max和Flash等动画设计软件虚拟再现了汽车各部件的结构、工作原理和运动方式，使教学更加生动、活泼；利用Goldwave、Lame图形界面Mp3压缩器等音频处理软件有效压缩了系统中的音频媒体文件，进而减少了整个系统的磁盘占有量；巧妙而综合地利用了按钮、热区域、文本框等多种交互响应类型和超文本链接、goto语句、导航图标等跳转链接功能，成功的完成了本系统的交互设计；在面向CD-ROM打包发布的基础上，对源程序进行优化处理，实现了课件的网络发布。

The open architecture intelligent control system for the machining processes is developed and realized by using the key techniques such as plug in module , signal processing network and script command file , etc., on the PC/DSP based open architecture platform. According to the architecture requirements, the principle and development methods of the open real time platform as well as the PIMs used for the intelligent machining processes are studied and designed. Subsequently, the objective systems for the adaptive control and the on-line tool wear estimation are configured by using the SCF files separately.
