Mechanism and influence factors of resonance light scattering spectra of crystal violet aqueous solution are studied.

The results showed that masses of hypha formed in serum-induced RPMI1640 liquid medium and above 96% hypha formed; in the corn-tween80 solid medium, chlamydospore and pseudomycelium formation was evident.

结果表明，在含10%小牛血清的RPMI1640液体培养基中可见成团的菌丝形成，结晶紫芽管检测法能定量分析白色念珠菌菌丝生长状况；在玉米粉-吐温80固体培养基中可见厚壁孢子及假菌丝形成。

In this article, the effect of matrix on the intensity of RRS is analyzed theoretically based on the matrix negative absorption effect; the effect of pH is analyzed based on the conditional stability constant which is assayed by spectrophotometry; and MG and CV are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively through detecting the intensity of RRS by the fluorescence spectrophotometer synchronously scanning.
