Types of help-seeking behavior found from participants in this study include psychotic medical therapy, Chinese medicine therapy (taking herbal medicine or receiving chiropractic therapy), folk therapy, popular sector (nourishing brain by taking cod-liver oil, doing sports) and the pluralistic help-seeking type-the combination of two or more of the above types.

研究发现，精神分裂症患者在经验疾病症状时，多呈现对於听觉与视觉的症状经验，患者衍生出因应措施以及家属缺乏对精神分裂症的认识，导致延迟就医的发生；受访者求助行为的型态包括精神医疗、中医治疗、民俗疗法(祭解、拜拜、收惊、求神问卜)与大众医疗方式等多层面并用的复式求助型态；采取复式求助行为的决定因素为：宗教与对精神疾病的民俗信念、寻找任何可能痊愈的治疗方式与受访者的健康信念；受访者在复式求助行为中选择精神医疗的原因有：患者外显行为的干扰程度、对精神分裂症疾病正确的认知与在另类疗法体系受挫的求助经验；而求助精神医疗的情境有：寻求答案与改变现况。

First by testing the practical multilayer insulation in a cryogenic tanker, which is the carilometer in my paper,some affecting factors on multilayer insulation are analysed, then by using the low-temperature and vacuum environment caused by multilayer insulation, the effective thermal conductivity of multiple fiber paper with 5 layers is tested.Through Newton interativemethod,an empirical formula is deduced to computer the thermal conductivity of fiber paper,The errors between experimental thermal conductivity and the calculated conductivity by empirical formula are below10%,so the formula of fiber conductivity can be applied to practical enginnering.

为探索改善工程应用中高真空多层绝热层绝热性能的方法，本文实验研究中首先测量了包扎在实际低温储罐上不同结构的高真空多层绝热层的绝热性能，并分析了环境温度、环境压力，层数、不同隔热材料的组合等因素对工程应用中的高真空多层材料绝热性能的影响；然后利用多层绝热层中的低温真空环境测量5层干法纸在不同温度区间内的表观导热系数，在有限实验数据的基础上用牛顿迭代数值拟和出计算5层干法纸表观导热系数的经验公式，对比经验公式计算值和实验测量值，发现二者的误差在10%以内，因此在工程应用中可用本文的经验公式计算干法纸在低温下的导热系数。

The current coefficientΨ of correction includes many influencing factors. And numerical value of this coefficient varies widely. So the current method was improved from one coefficient to four coefficients in this paper. Three new coefficients of correction were considered to decrease composite ratio of coefficient Ψ and put forward three coefficients to modify calculating result.

Results indicated the following: When selecting sites, location or transportation time was the most important factor, followed by the organization's professional resources or personal professional interests. After entering the sites, interns needed to define their roles as the placement position could be experienced as ambiguous, conflictual, powerless, alienating, and even nonexisting. Internship experience allowed interns to better understand the substance and ecological environment of the counseling psychology profession, as well as the roles and functions of counseling psychologists. These experiences have significant impact on the career development of interns.

研究结果发现：实习心理师选择实习机构时，首要考量地点或交通时间的因素，在优先考量此项因素后，机构的专业资源或个人的专业兴趣依序为两项最重要的影响因素；实习心理师在进到实习场域时有不同角色与位置的体会，包括：虽有位置，却是一个「不容易的位置」，其内涵含括角色位置的模糊、冲突、弱势、以及疏离、以及「没有位置」的位置；驻地实习经验让实习心理师更清楚谘商辅导的内涵、环境与生态，也更了解助人工作者的样貌、角色与处境，也因为这样的看清，对他们未来的生涯产生相当关键的影响。
