A new concept on the continuously distributed directional image/field and the method to compute it in the fingerprint images are proposed,which exhibits not only good continuity,well gradualness,and excellent robustness to the noises,but very high precision,as well.

本文提出了指纹连续分布方向图的概念及其算法，连续分布方向图具有很好的连续性、渐变性、抗噪性和较高的精确度；对经典的PoincaréIndex计算公式和指纹奇异点检测算法进行了改进，改进后的PoincaréIndex不仅能精确表示向量场的旋转角度，而且还能精确表示向量场的旋转方向，能够在像素级水平精确定位指纹奇异点(core点和delta点)。

With the sub-pixel calculation,the fingerprint periodicity matrix and normal direction image can be gotten accurately and the sharp corner of fingerprint image center line in existing direction image method can be avoided,the AFIS performance also can be improved significantly.

通过亚像素的计算，可以精确地输出指纹的周期矩阵和法向图，避免了方向图算法中无法计算指纹中心线急转弯的问题，使整个AFIS的性能得到了很大的提高。

METHODS:We recorded the cardiogram by perfusing garlicin injection and garlic preparation to the isolated heart of rabbits by Langendorff method,examined the minimum dose of asystole. RESULTS:The minimum fungistatic concentration of garlicin injection was 3～6.2 times lower than that of garlic preparation.

采用Langendorf法对兔离体心脏分别灌流大蒜素注射液、大蒜注射液、大蒜实验液，分别记录心搏图，求出致心脏停搏的最小剂量，结果：大蒜素注射液的抑菌浓度为大蒜实验液的1／6.2～1／3，而致心脏停搏的最小浓度分别为0.1736u／ml和3.919u／ml。

为了考察独活中香豆素类化学成分在整体口服实验中能否被吸收和吸收程度，本文首先采用Caco2细胞单层模型［8］研究独活中的主要化学成分伞形花内酯、甲氧基欧芹素、二氢欧山芹素、二氢欧山芹醇乙酯、当归醇A和当归醇B的吸收和转运。6种香豆素类成分的化学结构见图1。

The feasibility of determining the pentosan in pre-extraction liquor from eucalyptus chips by using Douglas colorimetric method was discussed in this paper. The visible spectrums of xylose, glucose, mannose, galactose and kraft lignin were compared under the same color reaction conditions. The results showed that the disturbance from hexoses and lignin can be eliminated when the pentosan is identified and determined by the maximal absorption at 553nm.
