Based on the percolation conductive phenomena of conductive composites andPTC/NTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient /Negative Temperature Coefficient)effects of resistance, a series of new experimental phenomena and concepts of carbonfiber cement-based composites such as PPC and NPC effects, Kaiser memory effect of resistance to residualdeformation and resistance creep are found and proposed.

借鉴已有的导电复合材料渗流导电现象和电阻的正温度系数／负温度系数效应基本理论，发现和提出碳纤维水泥基复合材料电阻的正压力系数与负压力系数、电阻对材料剩余形变的Kaiser记忆效应以及电阻徐变等新的现象和新的概念。

XRD results indicate that the major diffraction peaks of the film match those of Sb2Te3. The film growth is apparently at the ［101］/［012］ orientation and many Te peaks are observed. Hall measurement reveals that all the samples are p-type and the resistivities are low. The electric conductivity of the films approaches that of the bulk metal and the carrier concentration is of 1023 cm-3. Seebeck coefficient measurement shows that the samples have nice thermoelectrical properties and the seebeck coefficients are in the range of 7.8—62 μV/K. Among all, the samples annealed at 200 ℃ for 6 h have the highest seebeck coefficient of about 62 μV/K and the lowest resistivity.

A method using a tiny thermistor as heat transfer model was developed to measure thermophysical properties (thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity) of three standand samples(ethanol, ethylene alcohol, solution of calcium chloride). Results showed that there was no significant difference between measurement and recommendation; results of thermal conductivity from thermistor method and heat probe method for carrot and potato samples showed no significant difference; results of thermal diffusivity between thermistor method and calculation for carrot and potato samples showed no significant difference.
