在第二章中，本文主要是分析作为企业履行社会公益的载体——企业公益基金会的基本问题，在结合了公益基金会理论的基础上分析了企业公益基金会的定义、类型、社会功能，其与一般慈善组织的区别联系，并进一步分析指出了企业公益基金会作为企业社会公益载体的重要组织形式的原因
