In this dissertation,inspired by classical conditioning,the most basic learning mode of biology,we presented a method of intelligent policy description based on classical conditioning,and then we proposed a dynamic policy adaptation framework.

本论文正是针对以上问题，受生物智能中条件反射独特机理的启发，提出了基于条件反射的智能策略描述方法，并构建基于智能策略的网络自管理模型，以实现网络策略的自管理。

The coordinate transformation and numerical integration was executed on the discretized tetrahedral elements based on which the 3-D MT vector-finite element method was implemented. A whole computation framework for 3-D vector-finite element method with unstructured mesh was given. Based on this some typical models were tested which has demonstrated that our algorithm could distinctively avoid problems caused by the fake solution and both the accuracy and efficiency were enhanced which made our algorithm has a bright future for further application.3. According to theory of Sobolev vector space and the discretization of Helmholtz space, the error estimate which was suitable for 3-D MT vector-finite element modeling was deduced by which the procedure of adaptive technique was guaranteed.4. Based on the fully unstructured tetrahedralization and optical strategy, the 3-D magnetotelluric h-adaptive vector-finite element method was presented through combining the error estimate. With this work, the accuracy and creditableness for 3-D MT complicatedly modeling was guaranteed.5. The 3-D magnetotelluric h-adaptive vector-finite element algorithm with unstructured mesh was implemented.

针对非结构化的四面体单元，采用坐标变换和数值积分方法，实现了MT三维矢量有限单元分析，建立起基于非结构化网格的三维MT矢量有限元计算流程，并对典型模型和国际标准电磁模型进行了数值模拟，结果对比和分析表明，基于非结构化网格的三维MT矢量有限元不仅消除了节点型有限元的伪解，而且具有很高的计算精度和速度，有广阔的应用前景。3、根据Sobolev函数的向量空间和Hemlholtz空间的分解，推导出基于残差的三维大地电磁矢量有限元后验误差估计公式，为三维大地电磁自适应矢量有限元数值模拟的实现奠定了基础。4、在完全非结构化四面体单元剖分及优化基础上，结合三维大地电磁矢量有限元后验误差估计公式，提出了基于非结构化网格的三维大地电磁h-型自适应矢量有限元计算策略，保证了对复杂大地电磁模型数值计算的精度和可靠性。5、实现了基于非结构化网格的三维大地电磁h-型自适应矢量有限元计算流程，对典型模型和国际标准电磁模型进行了数值模拟。

With the regard of the container stacks of container yard which were parallel with the wharf surface direction, the buffer based fuzzy control strategy was firstly presented to solve the avoiding collision of crossway for automated container terminal using AGV.

针对集装箱堆存箱区水平于岸线布置的自动化集装箱码头布局，结合港区道路交通特点，对交叉口AGV避碰问题提出基于模糊控制的缓冲区策略，核心是路口缓冲区的设定和相位时间的确定，并设计了模糊控制器以解决相位配时问题，利用仿真软件建立了交叉口交通流的仿真模型，对目前常用的FIFO策略和FCB策略进行了仿真分析和比较，为自动化集装箱码头交通控制决策提供支持。

this paper makes the gas remote monitor network as background to do some research on the qos guarantee of the network.qos is a synthesis guide line which can be used to estimate the degree to satisfy with some server,which is a technology to solve the problem of delay and congestion in network.it must integrate multi-qos mechanism to get good qos guarantee in the practical application.three qos models in the ip net application and homologized affective factors are demonstrated.meanwhile,the field of qos protection strategy arrangement in shaanxi coal mine gas network has been picked up as the example.for this situation,the comparison to the different qos models is doing strictly.by combining the tcp congestion control arithmetic with ip congestion control arithmetic,the paper also emphatically describes the corresponded arithmetic model for that.stimulatingly,it is promoted the qos characteristic over-area effectively,which it is based on the original single congestion control.

摘 要：以陕西煤矿瓦斯监测远程联网为背景，研究其联网网络的qos保障策略实现。由于现有的各种qos实现机制无法单独为陕西煤矿瓦斯监测联网网络的qos提供保障，因此在实际应用中必须结合多种机制才能得到较好的qos保障效果。比较了传统ip网络的qos结构体系，通过分析intserv和diffserv两种模型的基本原理、工作方式，并指出其各自的优缺点和网络应用环境，设计了将rsvp协议与diffserv模型相结合来满足瓦斯监测数据传输实时性的要求；针对陕西煤矿瓦斯联网的特性，提出了将tcp拥塞控制算法与ip层拥塞控制算法相结合的算法模型，并且该模型的应用可以在原有单一拥塞控制的基础上有效地提升跨地区网络的qos特性。关键词：服务质量；综合服务模型；区分服务模型；拥塞控制

This paper studies environmental factors which influences Shanxi market of BYS Pharmaceutical Corporation applying theories and means of marketing and administration, makes qualitative and quantitative evaluation to exterior and interior environmental factors by using EFE and IFE matrix, and analyzes the actual place strategy. This thesis constructs generic mathematic model to estimate franchisers' integrated managerial abilities in order to choose the right middlemen; on how to evaluate dealers' performances, conceives mathematic model of franchisers' performance evaluation pole method to appraise their performances, and applies Fussy evaluation model to estimate the place pattern of pharmaceutical corporation, and makes embedded research into place motivation, conflict management and place improvement.

从实践和发展的角度出发，围绕客户评级授信、信贷风险测量、信贷风险管理策略三个方面，就如何提高银川市商业银行信贷风险管理水平展开研究，得出以下结论：通过实证分析，银川市商业银行现有的客户评级授信方法具有方法简单、易于推广的优点，但客户评级授信指标体系具有客户分组不细、未考虑行业风险因素、定量指标占比过大、未考虑关联企业风险因素的缺点，应通过细化客户分组，增加行业风险因素指标、合理设定定性指标比重、增加关联企业风险评价指标等措施进行改进；从发展的角度出发，在基于VaR框架和CreditMetrics模型技术的基础上，探讨了银川市商业银行信贷风险分析和度量的方法，给出了采用CreditMetrics模型技术计算单笔贷款、组合贷款VAR值的例子；从五个角度探讨了提高银川市商业银行信贷风险管理能力的策略和手段，包括强化信贷风险内控管理机制、利用信息技术提高信贷风险管理技术水平、综合治理化解不良资产、调整信贷结构、建立以风险控制为核心的信贷文化等对策。
