This thesis is based on former studies made by our team. Combining with practical conditions, the thesis selects proper basis sets. Applicable and credible quantum chemical calculation methods were adopted to calculate structural optimization, net atomic charge, orbit energy, etc. for a series of compounds against parasite fasciola hepatica according to quantum chemistry theory.

本论文在课题组以前的研究工作基础上，选取应用性好、可靠性强的量子化学计算方法，并结合实际情况选择合适的基组，从量子化学理论角度出发，对于合成的抗肝片吸虫系列化合物进行了结构优化、原子净电荷、前线轨道分布等量化计算。

Objective The origin and the nature of the Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg cell of Hodgkins lymphoma has been attracting a lot of medical researchers engaged in studying it,for its character by scattered large atypical cells residing in a complex admixture of inflammatory cells.Great improvement has been made since a new method of isolation of single H/RS cells from a frozen section had been set up by KUppers in 1994,and many studies have approved of the B-cell derivation of H/RS cell.lt has been reported that H/R-S cells might partly be originated from B-cell in our research before,but at the same time,we also found that only 18.8% of H/RS cells express CD20,31.3% of immunoglobulin heavy chain rearrangement have been revealed.

目的 霍奇金淋巴瘤(Hodgkins lymphoma，HL)由于它的恶性肿瘤细胞—H／RS细胞一般只占肿瘤组织的极少部分(不到1％)，且散在分布在背景细胞间，因此对于H／RS细胞的来源和性质研究一直是人们探索的目标。1994年德国科隆大学Kūppers等发展了一种从冰冻组织切片上用显微操作仪挑取单个H／RS细胞的显微切割方法进行H／RS细胞基因分析后，人们对H／RS细胞来源的研究有了突破性的进展，多数支持B细胞来源。

研究结果表明，测区沉积物中氟含量分布主要受周围岛屿风化基岩的化学成分制约；沉积物中主要含氟矿物：萤石/磷灰石、黄玉、黑云母等含量极低，氟在沉积物中赋存的矿物相主要与角闪石[AX_2Y_5Z_8O_(22)_2]有关。氟含量与碎屑矿物中角闪石的体积比间的关系式可大致表示为：氟含量=217+361nV_H；间隙水中的低氟主要由测区化学风化不发育及氟的钙盐沉积所致。

Horticola , in which Compositae, Cruciferae, Laguminosae and Cucurbitaceae are the main families. It occurs seriously on lettuce, cauliflower, pea, rape and horsebean. The hosts can be divided into four types: the most fitting host, fitting host, preferable host and secondary host. The oviposition of C. horticola on 8 kinds of hosts selected was checked under microscope, which had proved the investigation of host suitability and lettuce is the favorite host.

2004年对扬州地区露地蔬菜上的豌豆彩潜蝇寄主种类及危害程度进行了调查，采用五点取样法共查到豌豆彩潜蝇的蔬菜寄主6科23种，主要分布在菊科、十字花科、豆科和葫芦科等的蔬菜上，其中以莴苣、花椰菜、豌豆、油菜、蚕豆受害最为严重；选择性田间调查和室内试验证明，莴苣是豌豆彩潜蝇最嗜好寄主。

PCHA的制备：预实验对13种制孔剂初筛，选出适合CHA原位固化成孔的发泡剂，并与原制备的CHA按不同重量配比，经扫描电镜、孔隙浸染以及压汞实验等方法，筛选出孔隙率、孔径分布和孔之间连通性适合骨生长的PCHA配方。

By using the theories of conservation of momentum,conservation of energy and hydrokinetics,a mathematical model for describing the relationship among the fluid parameters,the formation parameters and the vibrant operation parameters was established.The analytic solutions of one-dimensional and radial transfusion equation for compressive and single-phase fluid flow through the compressive formation were obtained.The effects of each parameter on the vibrant operation were also gotten.On the basis of the above results,the computation models were established.
