第二颈椎骨折之治疗，通常使用颈椎外固定器以维持颈椎稳定性，但颅钉部位之潜在感染风险，其笨重的外观可能影响个案造成舒适情况改变及心理问题。

This case study reports a car accident patient who used Halo-vest to help his epistropheus fracture cure. The subject was taken care by the author from May 12 to May 17, 2007. The author analyzed the data by applying Gordon 11 functional health patterns. These data were collected from clinical observation, interviews, physical assessment and chart review.

本文介绍照顾一位车祸导致第二颈椎齿状突骨折使用Halo-vest个案之护理经验，笔者於2007年5月12日至5月17日照护期间，运用Gordon 11项健康功能评估，藉由观察、会谈、身体评估、病历查阅等方式收集资料，归纳个案具有睡眠型态紊乱、身体心像改变及潜在危险性感染之健康问题。

其一为椎动脉在第二颈椎左侧横突处的损伤并伴假性动脉瘤，缝合横突前方残余颈长肌及筋膜，达到与动脉瘤外包裹术相同的效果；另1例为颈内静脉出颅处的不全离断伴休克，远心端在不能结扎和缝合止血的情况下，用明胶海棉揉成团块填塞、压迫，止血疗效肯定。

The second part aims to investigate a new method to analyze the cervical rotatory manipulation safety by the finite elements analysis of the odontoid process,since nowadays,there is few basic researches on biomechanics and quite a lot miscarriages take place when the cervical rotatory manipulation is applied in the clinic.
