This paper includes three parts:The first one is the comparison of VCP11 and VCP21 Recommending the Radar base data structures and reading 11 layers datas of the same elevation or so, establishing VCP22 patterns. Through the comparison of the products of two VCPs, stressing these factors, including the detecting of strong convection storm and the obvious effect products of prediction, such as ET CR VWP, RCS WER VIL SWP, etc.

本文包括3个部分：第一，新一代天气雷达两种体扫模式VCP11和VCP21的比较介绍了两种模式VCP11和VCP21基数据的数据结构，从其结构着手，读取VCP11中与VCP21模式仰角相同或者相差不大的共11层的数据，建立了VCP22模式，再由VCP11及VCP22模式的基数据生成的产品进行对比研究，重点比较了对强对流风暴探测和预报起较大影响的产品如回波顶高，VAD风廓线，垂直液态水含量，反射率垂直剖面，冰雹指数，组合反射率，弱回波区等。
