这件嘎巴拉碗的颅骨外面隐现日、月、法螺和藏文六字真言。碗的托座为三角形，碗盖为椭圆形，都是用纯金制作。金盖上刻有莲瓣，缠枝花卉和八宝纹，盖口边缘上嵌绿松石和珠宝，把手做成金刚杵形。托座上的每一面都有一个人首，其余部分通体镂雕卷叶纹图案。整个嘎巴拉碗选材精细、制作精美、工艺考究、是嘎巴拉碗中的极品之作。
