The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: diphenylmethanethiol : methyl chloroacetate is 1:1.5, and the reaction carried out at 100℃ for 4 h, 2- acetamide can be carried out in the room temperature for 20 h, the yield of 2- acetamide was 76%, hydrogen dioxide: 2- acetamide is 1:1, and the reaction carried out at 60℃ for 3 h, the yield of modafinil was 79%, the total yield of reaction can be reached 48%.

This thesis includes five parts as follows.1. The backgrounds and some relative concepts of this work are briefly introduced. The photochemistry of benzamides and compounds with thiourea functional group is also concisely reviewed.2. Total of fourteen benzamides with different substituted groups have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Better photoreaction time for that kind of compounds at given concentrations is confirmed by tracking its'UV spectrum and GC chromatogram. A representative dibenzophenone photoproduct has been determined by X-ray crystallography. The mechanisms of photoreaction of benzamide have been proposed.3. Total of seven N-chloro(phenylmethylenebenzenamines with different substituted groups and sixty-one thiourea derivatives have been synthesized and structurally characterized.

论文的主要内容如下：1、简要介绍本论文工作的研究背景，并对苯甲酰胺和具有硫脲官能团类化合物的光化学研究进展进行简要的总结。2、合成与表征了14个具有不同取代基的苯甲酰胺类化合物，利用紫外光谱和气相色谱确定了此类化合物较佳光照时间，测定了一个具有代表性光解产物的单晶结构，提出了苯甲酰胺类化合物的光反应机理。3、合成与表征了7个带有不同取代基的氯代苯甲酰亚胺中间体及61个硫脲衍生物，测定了两个具有代表性化合物的单晶结构。

Ergothioneine is a kind of precious amino acid, and it is also a natural antioxidant. It plays an important role to prevent the oxidative damage in organism. Ergothioneine cannot be biosynthesized in humans, only can be absorbed from the diet. In recently the research discovered the high content of ergothioneine in the mushroom. Content of ergothioneine of Pleurotus eryngii is the highest from 28 kinds of mushrooms, therefore the research untilized P. eryngii to make the products of P. eryngii-fermented adlay and P. eryngii-fermented buckwheat which content high ergothioneine. Also, we analyzed their proximate composition, nutritional components, taste and physiologically active components, antioxidant properties and evaluation of anti-imflammatory effect.

To get more insight into the mechanism and kinetics of the RAFT process,it would be helpful to build a small molecular model reaction mimicking the RAFT process but free of a chain-propagation event. We hereby propose a model cross reaction between dithioester and alkoxyamine as a probe of the RAFT process,in which the alkoxyamine plays the role of the radical source.The generating rate of the transient alkyl radical and the nitroxyl radical can be described by the law of persistent radical effect.Thus,the advantage of the model cross reaction is that it affords a radical concentration determined by the known equation of the persistent radical effect.

The results show that 60Co-γ ray radiation has the most remarkable effect on the degradation of organophosphorus pesticides such as fenitrothion, parathion, methyl-parathion, phorate and chlorpyrifos and the maximum degradation rates are over 85%. The degradation rates of methamidophos, acephate, malathion ,dimethoate are slightly inferior to them and the optimum degradation rates is just only 34.70%. At the same time, the contents of soluble total sugars, glucose, fructose, sucrose and total sugars in apple juice decrease unconspicuously, but the total acid content in apple juice and its color value and clarity increase. Based on a comprehensive consideration of the 60Co-γ radiation effect on the actual degradation of organophosphorus pesticides in apple juice and its main chemical and physical indexes, organophosphorous pesticides residue will be decreased to a lower level with radiation dose of about 5 kGy but the main chemical and physical indexes of export apple juice can not be affected.

结果表明： 60Co-γ射线辐照处理对苹果汁中杀螟硫磷、对硫磷、甲基对硫磷、甲拌磷、毒死蜱降解效果最为显著，最高降解率均在85%以上；对苹果汁中甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、马拉硫磷和乐果的降解效果不显著，最高降解率仅为35%；在0～9 kGy辐照剂量范围内降解苹果汁中有机磷农药的同时，会使苹果汁中的可溶性固形物、葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖及总糖含量轻微降低，苹果汁的总酸度有所增加，苹果汁的色值及透光率提高；综合分析60Co-γ射线辐照对苹果汁中有机磷农药的实际降解效果及对苹果汁主要理化指标的影响，选用5 kGy的辐照剂量已完全使苹果汁中的有机磷农药残留降低到一个很低的水平，又不会对苹果汁出口主要理化指标造成影响。
