This research conducts a two-factor between-subject factorial experimental design, namely 2 (line/snake queuing configuration)×2 (continuous/discontinuous television program). We also exploit the two-way Ancova method. Excluding the interference by mood state and waiting tolerance, we study how the above-mentioned two factors affects consumers' perception of waiting time.

本研究采2（排队队形：直线队形、蛇形队形）×2（电视节目型：续播放型节目、非续播放型节目）的二因子实验设计，并用双因子双共变共变的统计方法，希冀研究这个自变因子，在排除消费者『情绪』与『等待容忍』的干扰下，对等待时间知觉的影响。
