Methods Compared and contrasted the SIt (Schirmer Ⅰ test) value between open-eye group and close-eye group in 125 patients. Compared and contrasted the BUT (tear break-up time )value of 80 patients who accepted the examination with 0.125% fluorescent stain and 0.25% fluorescent stain orderly.

对125例疑诊干眼患者在睑裂开放状态下和睑裂闭合状态下行基础泪液分泌试验Ⅰ(Schirmer Ⅰest， SIt)；对80例疑诊干眼患者分别进行0.125%和0.25%荧光素钠(fluorescent， fl)测试泪膜破裂时间(Break-up Time， BUT)，对上述结果进行对照分析。

Result: 18 patients are all with simple eye.The pigment mole lies in nasal and temple sides of the ball conjunctiva,in which 2 lie in lacrimal caruncle and semilunar plica.

结果：18例患者均为单眼，色素痣大多数位于内外侧睑裂部球结膜面，2例位于泪阜及半月皱襞，经激光治疗后，10例色素痣消失，有5例行再次激光后消失，2例行第三次激光后消失，1例第四次激光后消失。

究其原因有以下几种：有的人眼轮匝肌先天性畸形，或者上眼睑过短造成睑裂不能完全闭合，在睡眠时就留下一条缝隙，好象半睁着眼一样，俗称"羊眼"；有的人面神经麻痹，以及某些脑部疾病致使面神经失去控制，眼睑因肌肉失去张力，从而眼裂增大，合眼困难；有的人是因为某些疾病引起眼球突出，而不能闭目，如巩膜萄葡肿、眶内肿瘤、甲状腺机能亢进等；有的人是由于炎症、溃疡、外伤等原因引起眼睑疤痕性短缩和皮肤缺损，造成眼睑闭合障碍，终日不能完全合眼。

AbstractThe basic operation purpose of ptosis is to improve the ptotic upper eyelid, restore regular altitude of palpebral fissure, reveal pupil, expand visual field, prevent amblyopia, correct the abnormal apparence, and improve facial feature.

上睑下垂矫正手术的根本目的：提高下垂的上睑，恢复正常的睑裂高度，露出瞳孔，扩大视野，防止弱视，矫正异常形态，改善面容。

目的 探讨改良额肌瓣悬吊术矫治儿童先天性上睑下垂术后采取有效护理措施，促进睑裂恢复正常，扩大视野，改善容貌。

There are no significant difference in laterality and sex (χ2= 6.72p ＜0.05).The remarkable difference was between 21yearold group and other groups(χ2=8.26,χ2=12.83,p＜0.05). For those congenital blepharoptosis patients whose spike voltage is below 0.3mv, their palpebral fissure did not reach the anticipated height after the operation. On the Contrary, the patients whose spike voltage is above 0.3mv, the operative result were satisfactory.

右左眼及性别之间差异无显著意义（χ2=6.72，p＞0.05）；各年龄组间，21岁组与其前后年龄组间差异有显著意义（χ2=8.26 ，χ2=12.83，p＜0.05）；先天性上睑下垂患者峰值电压在30 mv以下者术后睑裂未达到预想高度，而峰值电压在 30 mv以上者则术后效果满意。
