The results showed that:(1) The relative weight gain, special growth rate, feed conversion rate, feed protein efficiency and protein deposition rate were improved significantly (P.05) by supplementing compound acidifier in common carp diet.(2) The protease activities in the liver pancreas, fore and middle intestines increased significantly (P.05) by supplementing 0.3% compound acidifier. The activities of amylase and lipase were improved after the supplementation, but not at significant level.(3) Supplementation of compound acidifier in common carp diet did not significantly affect the fish body protein, lipid, ash, moisture contents, coefficient of fatness and viscerosomatic index.

结果表明：1添加复合酸化剂显著(P.05)提高鲤鱼的相对增重率、特定生长率、饵料转化效率、饲料蛋白质效率以及饲料蛋白质沉积率等生长性能指标；2添加质量分数0.3%的复合酸化剂时，鲤鱼肝胰脏、前肠和中肠的蛋白酶活性显著提高(P.05)，酸化剂组的淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性有升高的趋势，但与对照组差异不显著；3鱼体的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分、水分、肥满度及内脏比等品质指标在各组间差异不显著。

The new materials(N/BBCC and J/BBCC) and their transmigration parent put up the similar phenotypes in development stage,morphological characters,POD enzyme activity,and so on.But differences in male fertility,proline content and relative conductance rate were existed among them,in which the development of androecium in N/BBCC was abnormal,showing serious male sterility,and the proline content and relative conductance rate in N/BBCC and J/BBCC were much lower than their transmigration parent,C/BBCC.

The colony forming and the cell cycle were analyzed with flow cytometry, and the mRNA expression of bcl-2, c-myc gene were determined with RT-PCR method. Results Resveratrol could markedly inhibit proliferation of human gastric cancer cells compared with that of the blank control group. The cell cycle was blocked to G0/G1. The mRNA level of bcl-2 and c-myc gene were decreased compared with that of the blank control group.

结果 白藜芦醇可抑制胃癌细胞增殖和集落形成能力，低、高剂量组的抑制率分别为6.9%，17.6%和27.98%，63.39%，差异均有统计学意义(P.05)；白藜芦醇能使胃癌细胞周期阻滞于G0/G1期，明显下调胃癌细胞bcl-2、c-myc基因mRNA表达水平(P.05)；用药24 h后，白藜芦醇高剂量组bcl-2和c-myc基因相对表达量分别为(0.54±0.04)，(0.58±0.05)，与空白对照组(0.91±0.05)，(0.85±0.03)比较，差异均有统计学意义(P.05)。

在此基础上对国内外引文分析应用研究中的三个主要差异进行了比较，1 研究对象的差异：国外很早就开始重视引文分析方法在科学结构、科学史领域的研究，国内则几乎是空白。2 引文指标与分析方法的差异：国内侧重对引文链状指标的运用，而国外则相对更重视网状指标的应用。3 国内外引文分析数据库的差异。

The relationships between germination of the teliospores of Tilletia conroversa Kühn and soil moisture were studied and it was found that the teliospores of TCK could germinate when the soil mass moisture content reached between 1%-28%(relative moisture capacity 3.75%-100%). The suitable moisture for teliospore germination was between 10%-25% of mass moisture capacity or 17.85%-89.3% of relative moisture capacity. The optimal soil relative moisture capacity was between 65%-75%. There was no difference among most TCK isolates tested at the same suitable soil moisture.

通过土壤湿度对小麦矮腥黑穗病菌( Tilletiacontronversa Kühn，TCK)萌发率的影响试验研究表明，其冬孢子在土壤质量含水量为1%～28%(相对含水量3.57%～100%)范围内均可萌发，其适宜萌发的土壤质量含水量范围为10%～25%(相对含水量17.85%～89.3%)，最佳土壤相对含水量范围在65%～75%之间；不同分离物在相同土壤湿度培养下，多数分离物冬孢子的萌发率之间差异不显著。

Effect of protein and lipid in rice on starch physicochemical characteristics, difference between the region of non-chalkiness and chalkiness of rice, dynamic variation of cell structure and CaM distribution on rice spike were expounded in this study. It was found that protein and lipid in rice had important effect on starch gelatinization, there were distinct differences between the region of non-chalkiness and chalkiness of rice, vascular bundle system in rice spike was changed during grain filling, difference quality of different position of rice spike was more distinct in dense spike rice for more powerful vascular bundle system, the development of rice seeds was corresponded to pericarp development, difference quality of different position of rice spike was also related to transport function of rachilla besides activity of "source", and calmodulin relative activity was closely related to grain filling velocity and enginery properties.

通过实验发现：稻米中蛋白质、脂肪对淀粉的糊化过程有着较大的影响；精米的非垩白与垩白部位以及心白与腹白部位之间在蛋白质、氨基酸含量及组成方面存在着明显差异：水稻穗部大维管束面积以及主穗轴维管束数目在灌浆过程中存在明显的动态变化趋势；密穗型水稻强势粒的维管组织比散穗型水稻发达，致使其强、弱势粒维管组织差异明显加大；果皮的发育与籽粒发育状况是相适应的：强势粒和弱势粒在灌浆生理方面的差异，不仅表现在籽粒本身的&库活性&上，而且也与其着生小穗轴的输导功能有关；CaM相对活性与水稻灌浆速率、机能特征间存在着密切联系。

Applied with test of potted plant and measurement absorbency for study response of the contents of photosynthetic pigments of slash pine's half-sib under water stress. There are 7 families comparison with general slash pine. The contents of photosynthetic pigments are mensurated under feebleness water stress while soil water content is 55% to 60% and moderate water stress while soil water content is 35% to 40% and heavy water stress while soil water content is 20% to 25%. The test result indicate that either water grads or families of chlorophyll and chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b and Chla/Chlb and carotenoid and Caro/Chl are mighty notable difference. The Chl and Chla and Chlb and Chla/Chlb little drop from normal soil water to initial water stress. Then drop obvious with increased water stress. The Caro and Caro/Chl little drop firstly from normal soil water to initial water stress,then up in metaphase water stress,after drop in evening water stress. The Chl and Chla and Chlb and Chla/Chlb and Caro of slash pine'half-sib are over general slash pine. The Chl and Chla and Chlb and Chla/Chlb and Caro of 464 and 1027 are over average value of slash pine's half-sib under water stress. The Caro/Chl of 609 and 46 are over average value of slash pine's half-sib under water stress.

为研究湿地松半同胞家系光合色素对水分逆境的响应，采用盆栽试验和吸光度测定方法，以湿地松普通种子为对照，测定了七个湿地松优良半同胞家系在弱度水分胁迫（土壤相对含水量为55%~60%）、中度水分胁迫（土壤相对含水量为35%~40%）和强度水分胁迫（土壤相对含水量为20%~25%）条件下的光合色素，对湿地松优良半同胞家系在不同水分胁迫条件下的光合色素进行了研究，结果表明：无论是不同水分梯度还是不同家系水平，Chl、Chla、Chlb、Chla/Chlb、Caro、Caro/Chl均有极显著差异；从正常水分至水分胁迫初期Chl、Chla、Chlb、Chla/Chlb稍微下降，后随着水分胁迫程度的加深下降较快，从正常水分至水分胁迫初期Caro、Caro/Chl先稍微下降，胁迫中期上升，胁迫后期下降；所有半同胞家系的Chl、Chla、Chlb、Chla/Chlb、Caro高于普通种，在水分胁迫条件下家系464、1027的Chl、Chla、Chlb、Chla/Chlb、Caro高于家系的平均水平，家系609、46的Caro/Chl值高于家系的平均水平。

By using gene-family-specific primers, we found MADS-box, Ser/Thr protein kinase showed significantly differential expression patterns between reciprocal cross-fertilized kernels and their parents, indicating that MADS-box and ser/thr protein kinase may also play important roles in wheat heterosis.

利用家族特异性引物的展示结果表明，MADS-box家族基因在小麦杂交当代种子与亲本之间存在明显的基因表达差异，且强优势的杂交组合与弱优势组合之间表现差异的cDNA比例差异显著；Ser/Thr蛋白激酶的差异相对较小，表明MADS-box和Ser/Thr蛋白激酶与小麦杂种优势形成有重要关系。
