［Purpose］ To study the diagnosis and treatment of head and neck carcinosarcoma.

［目的］探讨头颈部癌肉瘤的诊断与治疗。

Results Lung carcinosarcoma had the characteristics of both lung cancer and sarcoma.

结果 癌肉瘤的CT表现显示具有肺癌和肉瘤的双重特征。

Objective: To investigate the clinical and pathological characteristic, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment, reasons and prevention of misdiagnosis of gallbladder carcinosarcoma.

目的：探讨胆囊癌肉瘤的临床病理特征、诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗、误诊的原因和预防。

［目的］探讨头颈部癌肉瘤的诊断与治疗。

We report a case of liver carcinosarcoma in a 58-year-old man, which was identified by pathologic and immunohistochemical examinations.

我们发现一例56岁男性患者，经病理免疫组化确诊为原发性肝脏癌肉瘤。

The pathological outcomes were as following: pulmonary blastoma in 6, leiomyosarcoma in 3, fibrosarcoma in 2, carcinosarcoma in 2, and pantmorphic sarcoma in 1 patient.

术后病理诊断：肺母细胞瘤6例，平滑肌肉瘤3例，纤维肉瘤2例，癌肉瘤2例（胶冻样物质癌肉瘤1例，结节状癌肉瘤1例），伴有巨细胞的未分化多形性肉瘤1例。

Some of the laryngeal MFH were difficult to be differentiated from carcinosarcoma, pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma , myxoid liposarcoma ,malignant neurilemmoma and myxoma without immunohistochemical aids .

喉恶性纤维组织细胞瘤常规组织学与癌肉瘤、多形性横纹肌肉瘤、粘液型脂肪肉瘤、恶性神经鞘瘤、粘液瘤有时易混淆，免疫组织化学有助于明确诊断。

For all practical purpose, we would NOT do a lot immunostains in biopsy cases in our practice, since the clinical management does not matter, if you call high-grade carcinoma vs. carcinosarcoma or even adenosarcoma with sarcomatous overgrowth, it will be total hystrectomy with lymph node staging.

从实用角度看，我们不会对活检标本做许多免疫染色，因为临床处理差别不大，如果称为高级别癌vs癌肉瘤vs腺癌伴肉瘤样过度生长，都是全子宫切除加淋巴结分期。

The appearances of nonvascular lesions were as the following : solitary, huge cystic lesions with wall and septa obvious enhancement were found in malignant enbryonal sarcoma; mixed density mass with necrotic cystic change and solid portion enhanced obviously in carcinosarcoma; intrahepatic huge low density, cystic changes, calcification and margin enhancement were found in leiomyosarcoma.

血管源性表现为肝内多发低密度灶，强化明显，非血管源性表现为肝内巨大单发囊性病灶，增强囊壁和分隔明显强化；癌肉瘤表现为混杂密度肿块伴有坏死囊变，增强实质部分强化；平滑肌肉瘤表现为肝内巨大低密度病灶，可伴有囊变及钙化，增强见边缘强化。

This malignancy is characterized by concomitant existence of carcinomatous and sarcomatoid components. Complete tumor excision typically leaves a considerable defect. This report presents a case of a 60-year-old male with carcinoscarcoma of the right chest wall who underwent wide excision. Reconstruction was achieved with lateral thoracic fasciocutaneous flap applied in a bibbed manner that allowed for low tension on the anastomosis.

这类肿瘤的特色是同时含有癌症及类肉瘤的成份所组成，肿瘤完全切除后通常会遗留下可观的缺损，我们提出一个60岁男性病患利用双叶侧胸动脉皮办重建胸部癌肉瘤的病例报告，双叶性的设计有助於伤口张力的降低。
