Results Of the 35 cases, there were 5 monolocular cysts and 30 multilocular cysts; 39 lesions were found, including 19 lesions in 15 serous cystadenomas and 20 lesions in 20 mucous cystadenomas. The cystic wall was generally thin and regular, and sometimes nodular. The multilocular cysts were multihole, broken netlike or polycircular, and showed the irregular signals, while the monolocular cysts showed the uniform signals.

结果 35例共有39个囊灶，其中15例浆液性囊腺瘤共有19个病灶（4例双侧卵巢发病）；20例粘液性囊腺瘤均为单侧发病（包括交界性囊腺瘤3例）。5例为单囊病灶；30例为多囊多房性病灶，囊内有分隔，呈多房、破鱼网状、囊套囊状等，囊腺瘤囊壁一般较薄且规则，囊壁可有壁结节；单囊病灶信号均匀，多囊多房性病灶信号多不均匀。

Results Among the 52 cases, 30 cases were confirmed to fibrosarcomas, which were identical with primary dingnoses;22 cases were revised to malignant fibrous histocytoma (8 cases), malignant nerve sheath tumor (4 cases), monophasic spindle cell synovial sarcoma (3 cases), leiomyosarcoma(3 cases), rhabdomyosarcoma(2 cases) and abdominal desmmoid tumor (2 cases). Of the 18 cases, only two cases were misdiagnosed and were revised to malignant fibrous histocytoma and spindle cell synovial sarcoma, respectively.

结果：1980年前52例中维持原诊断30例，修改诊断22例(42.3%)，分别为恶性纤维组织细胞瘤8例、恶性神经鞘膜瘤4例、单相性梭形细胞滑膜肉瘤3例、平滑肌肉瘤3例、横纹肌肉瘤2例、韧带状纤维瘤2例；1980年后纤维肉瘤18例中，维持原诊断16例，修改诊断2例(11.1%)，分别为恶性纤维组织细胞瘤和滑膜肉瘤各1例。

Methods: The clinical materials of different pathological types of intraspinal tumors including neurinoma, meningioma,glioma, angioma and lipoma were comprehensively studied on 77 patients.

Results: Although most cases (11/16) were typical and clearly classified on MRI, atypical cases were also observed, such as meningioma of long T1/T2 signal intensity with small cystic foci, and neurinoma of iso intensity and homogenous enhancement without cystic change or enlargement of internal acoustic meatus.

结果：尽管多数神经鞘瘤(5/8)和脑膜瘤(6/8)具有典型的MRI表现特征并仅经MRI即可得到正确鉴别，但部分病例(5/16)为不典型表现者，如脑膜瘤呈长T1长T2信号并伴有囊变，以及神经鞘瘤呈等信号、均匀强化且不伴有囊变或内听道扩大者，鉴别诊断困难。

There were 22 malignant tumors including 11 osteosarcomas, 5 chondrosarcomas, 2 malignant fibrous histocytomas, and one each of malignant osteoblastoma, alveolar sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, malignant giant cell tumor of bone. 28 benign tumors included 27 giant cell tumors of bone and 1 benign fibrous histocytoma.

Methods From December 2004 to May 2005, 9 cases of bone defectwere repaired with Osteoset pellets; bone defect was caused by benign tumor inlimbs, including 3 cases of fibroma xanthomas in humerus(1 case) and acetabulum (2 cases), 2 cases of bone cysts in humerus(1) and radius(1), 1 case of nonossifying fibroma, 1 case of ossifying fibroma and 2 cases of osteofibrous dysplasia in femurs.
