After finishing the treatment courses, the chewing test was performed to compared the curative effect of TENS. We checked the pressure pain threshold with algometer and the severity of pain with Visual Analog Scale before and after every treatment.

目的 介绍髂腹股沟神经在大阴唇皮肤分布区的临诊观察及神经痛的诊断与局部注射的治疗方法方法选择门诊确诊为髂腹股沟神经痛或股后皮神经痛累及其会阴支的女性患者共28人计31侧，细查计刺痛觉的变化以确定诊断及两神经分布区的范围采取强的松龙25mg+2％利多卡因或1％普鲁卡因5～10ml注射最大可能致病部位结果注射后数分钟检查麻醉范围。
