Methods Mouse models of tibia fracture healing were established, and callus samples were collected 1, 3, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after fracture. The development of callus and new bone formation were evaluated with roentgenology, Micro-CT and tetracycline double labeling method, and the expression of HIF-1α, vascular endothelial growth factor, Runx2 and ALP in callus were detected with RT-PCR, Western blotting and immunohistochemistry. The relationship between HIF-1α and fracture healing was analysed.

The results of field and greenhouse trials both showed that cultivar hui-2 was resistant to powdery scab.When a certain amount of seedcake was applied,satisfactory control of powdery scab could be achieved.The effects of other treatments were insignificant.

The subcrustal empyema vanished. All the wounds healed as expected. 2 cases with 3rd degree wound healed after skin grafting. 14 cases with deep 2nd degree wound had skin pigment faded (70%). Hyperplastic scar formation rate was 25.0%(%/20). Third degree wounds healed with superficial type scar.

结果：创面形成的药痂或污物溶解迅速，易於清除，痂下积脓消失；各种类型的创面均能在预期内愈合；其中2例Ⅲ度创面经植皮治疗愈合；深Ⅱ度皮肤色素减退者14例(70%)，瘢痕增生率为25.0%(5/20)；Ⅲ度创面均留有浅表型瘢痕。

Results Microstructure of callus showed that the area of mature trabecular in callus of OPFM group was smaller than that of CFM group, and was thinner with a wide intertrabecular distance. The dynamic parameters demonstrated that the fluorescent labeling percentage on the trabecular surface of OPFM group was lower than that of CFM group, but bone mineral apposition rate was higher.

结果 ①骨痂组织骨组织形态计量学结果发现：OPFM组成熟小梁骨占骨痂面积比CFM组小，且小梁骨厚度变薄、小梁骨间距较宽；同时骨小梁动力学参数显示：OPFM组骨小梁表面荧光标记百分比较CFM组低，而骨矿化沉积率却较高。
