While library resource sharing is shifting to the new networking environment era, it is also in face of a lot of new challenges and"Access versus Assets"is becoming the new theme of the resource sharing in this new networking era, based on this point this thesis studies the development and the transformation of the resource sharing both in practice and in theory in the networking environment, particularly focus on a serial of issues, including the construction of resource sharing system, digital information resource, digital library, interlibrary loan, document delivery service and collection development etc. The writer also analyzes the coexsitence of the traditional resource sharing and modernizational resource sharing and the relationship between them in 21st, explores the revolutionary changes of resource sharing as the"Assets"model is driving to the"Access"model, discusses the development of specific collection for a single library and how to construct a seamless integrated information resource system in the networking environment, systematically studies and introduces the new organization model of resource sharing, especially emphases that document delivery is the key of the success in resource sharing, and finally tries to outline the main trends which will influence resource sharing.

本文立足于网络环境下资源共享的新主题：存取与拥有，研究和分析了网络环境下资源共享及其体系建设，包括电子信息资源、数字图书馆建设、馆际互借、文献传递服务、文献资源建设等几方面在理论和实践中的发展和变革；论述了21世纪初网络环境下传统型和现代型两种层次并存的资源共享；探讨了文献资源建设从"拥有"模式到"存取"模式的重大转变、特色馆藏建设和无缝一体的网络信息资源体系的建设途径；较为全面、系统地研究和介绍了网络环境下资源共享的新型组织模式的形成及其特点；强调了文献传递是实现资源共享的关键；并试图准确把握网络环境下资源共享研究和实践的发展趋势。

There are three fundamental stratagems:(1) construct new economical ecol-ogy structure----to disconnect input of environment resources and economy de-velopment;(2) establish precautious landscape policies----there are three relatedand coinstantaneous processes: aggravation of landscape damage, knowledgeacquiring and public awareness.

同时，本文建设性地提出了景观恢复的3个基本方略：(1)确立新的经济的生态结构——使环境景观的投入与经济增长脱钩，通过4大投入要素与GDP关系的举例，分析讨论了生态结构与经济结构改变的趋势；(2)制定预防性景观、环境政策——通过损害环境、景观的代价举例分析，讨论了环境政策制定有三个相互关联而且同时发生的过程：环境景观损害日益加重、加剧；人类获取技术知识；公众觉悟。

因此，本文选取山东省作为地域研究单元，从分析山东省在全国的区域优势地位入手，研究和探讨了山东省经济增长与资源、环境的时空变动特点和规律，并在此基础上对经济环境协调度和经济环境胁迫区划分进行了初步探讨，并提出解决经济增长与资源、环境矛盾的途径，以便更好的为山东经济建设和生态环境建设服务。

On the basis of pollen analysis of surface sample in North China, polynomial function analysis method was applied to establish pollen climate response surface of Pinus, Betula, Quercus, Artemisia, Chenopodiaceae, Compositae, Picea, Ephedra, Gramineae in North China, therefore an easy and applicable method for reconstructing palaeoclimate and palaeoenvironment with data of fossil pollen was founded; Multi-analysis method was applied to analyse the principal elements of surface sample pollen in central Inner Mongolia Steppe, the assemblages of surface sample pollen in steppe area and its relationship with vegetation type were discussed with helps from spore-pollen analysis of a peat section in Chasuqi, Inner Mongolia and 〓C chronometer, fossil pollen data were obtained with high resolution on the peat section in Chasuqi. Vegetation succession and environmental changes since Holocene at resolution of 70 years were primarily reconstructed in south Mount Daqingshan and Plain Tumete. The changes in the area were copmared with those in the neighbouring areas during the same period. It was found that Holocene environmental change had undergone the following stages: cold-arid, temperate-wet, warm-wet, temperate-arid and cold-arid, and the climatical optimum period occurred in 5000-4100 aB.

本文在对中国北方表土花粉研究的基础上，采用多项式函数回归方法建造了中国北方松属、桦属、栎属、蒿属、藜科、菊科、云杉属、麻黄属、禾本科等的花粉——气候趋势面，从而为利用化石花粉资料直接恢复古气候、古环境提供了一种方便易行的方法；采用多元分析方法对内蒙古中部草原区表土花粉进行了主成分分析，探讨了草原区表土花粉组合的规律及与植被类型的关系；本文还应用孢粉分析方法，结合〓C测年技术，通过内蒙古中部察素齐泥炭剖面高分辨率的化石花粉数据，初步恢复了大青山山地南部及土默特平原地区分辨率为70年的全新世以来植被演替和环境变迁的状况，并与邻近地区的全新世古气候、古环境进行了对比研究，研究发现，本区域全新世古环境的变迁序列基本上可以与周围地区及华北地区进行对比，其环境变迁经历了凉干～温湿～暖湿～温干～凉干的变化，且气候最适宜期出现在5000～4100aB.P。
