狭窄

Results: Among the 41 cases diagnosed as CAOS by echocardiography, bicuspid aortic valve stenosis was found in 27 cases, quadricuspid aortic valve stenosis in 3 cases, supravalvular aortic stenosis in 2 cases, and subvalvular aortic stenosis in 9 cases. Two of the 8 cases diagnosed had other kind of congenital cardiopathy complications by echocardiography were confirmed by operation research.

结果： 超声心动图诊断先天性主动脉出口狭窄共41例，双瓣27例、四瓣3例、瓣上狭窄2例、瓣下狭窄9例，8例合并其他先天性心脏病者中有2例已经手术证实。

Types of the combination were as follows: ASD and VSD, 2 cases; ASD and PS, 2 cases; ASD and MS, 1 case; ASD and coronary artery stenosis, which needed interventional treatment, 1 case; VSD and PDA, 3 cases; ASD and anomalous inferior vein cava drainage, 1 case; PDA and B-preexcitation syndrome, 1 case; PDA and dextrocardia, anomalous inferior vein cava drainage, 1 case.

复合类型为：房间隔缺损合并室间隔缺损2例，ASD合并肺动脉瓣狭窄2例，ASD合并二尖瓣狭窄1例，ASD合并冠脉狭窄需介入治疗1例，ASD合并右位心1例，VSD合并动脉导管未闭3例，PDA合并B型预激综合征1例，PDA右位心、下腔静脉肝段缺如1例，VSD合并下腔静脉肝段缺如1例。

Results The bladder neck stricture was found in 10 cases, retral urethral stricture in three, foreside urethral stricture in one, and adenomatous remains in three.

结果 膀胱颈部狭窄10例，后尿道狭窄3例，前尿道狭窄1例，腺体残留3例，膀胱逼尿肌功能障碍1例。

CT, especially with coronal reconstruction, better demonstrates the seerity and extent of the stenosis and its relationship to the glottis .

气管狭窄因为位于胸片的上部经常被忽视，CT可以更好地显示狭窄程度和范围以及狭窄与声门的关系。

Results:High stricture was found in 13 cases,mid stricture in 11 cases and lower stricture in one case.

结果：全组25例中，高位狭窄13例，中段狭窄11例，下段狭窄1例。

Results The bronchi stricture can be seen at lobar bronchus or segmental bronchus and the bronchial walls were thickened. No mass and opposite "S" sign can be found in all the cases. Among them,centripetal stricture can be found in 6 cases, and eccentric stricture in 11 cases. Bronchi stricture with obstructive atelectasis in 12 cases. In which "Air bronchogram" can be found in 9 cases. Bronchi stricture with pleural effusion in 8 cases. With intrabronchial polypoid shadows in 5 cases. With active pulmonary TB in 9 cases.

结果：17例均有肺叶或肺段支气管起始部和/或分支部不同程度狭窄及管壁增厚，无肿块及反S征；其中，向心狭窄6例，偏心狭窄11例；狭窄伴肺叶或肺段不张12例，其中不张或实变区可见充气支气管征9例，占75%；伴胸腔积液8例；伴管腔内息肉样软组织影5例；伴肺内结核9例。

Results All 34 cases included 29 carotid atherosclerosis,10 mlid luminal stenosis, 12 moderate luminal stenosis, 5 severe luminal stenosis,2 segmental occlusion;15 calcified plaque,10 noncalcified plaque,9 mixed plaque ;The total CT value ranged from 20-1140Hu,and the CT value of calcified plaque ranged from 220-1140Hu,the CT value of noncalcified plaque ranged from 20-73Hu; hese 7 positive findings included 1 left common carotid artery abnomal origin,2 carotid artery aneurysm and 4 vertebral artery stenosis.

结果 34例患者中，颈动脉粥样硬化者29例，管腔轻度狭窄者10例，中度狭窄者12例，重度狭窄者5例，节段闭塞者2例；钙化斑块15例，非钙化斑块10例，混合斑块9例； CT值范围20-1140Hu，其中钙化斑块CT值220-1140Hu，非钙化斑块CT值20-73Hu；左侧颈总动脉起源异常者1例；颈动脉体瘤2例；椎动脉狭窄者4例。

Results: There was no difference of age, BMI, AHI and pulse oxygen between the stricture group and the nonstricture group. The coronal and the arrow diameters of the stricture group were less than those of the nonstricture group. The thickness of the retropharyngeal and lateral pharyngeal wall, and the width and length of the tongue of the stricture group were larger than those of the nonstricture group.

结果：两组患者的一般临床资料无明显差别，舌后区狭窄组的舌后区呼吸道左右径、前后径明显小于非狭窄组，狭窄组的咽后壁、咽侧壁软组织厚度、舌体宽度、舌体长度和舌体截面积等CT测量数据明显大于非狭窄组。
