Taking a winter wheat field (4 400 m2) of Jinghai county seed farm as experimental plot,sampling by regular grid with with 10 m ×10 m grids,48 sample points were oriented by GPS receipt machine to analyze soil water content at the depth of 0~20 and 20~40 cm in pri-winter,jointing stage and filling stage of winter wheat.The spatial distribution map of soil water of the winter wheat field using geostatistical analyst model of ARC/INFO was drew.And the spatial variability of soil water in vertical and horizontal direction was analyzed.The results could offer scientific evidence for the deciding of the exact time and quantity for winter irrigation.

以天津市静海县良种场内一块长约110m，宽约40m的冬小麦田作为试验区，采用规则格网采样，按照10 m ×10m设置格网，共设48个采样点，通过GPS手持机进行定位，分别于小麦越冬前、拔节期、灌浆期，利用便携式土壤湿度数据采集器对试验地各个采样点0~20、20~40 cm 2种深度土壤含水量进行了测定，利用ARC/INFO的地统计分析模块绘制了冬小麦3个不同生育期试验区土壤水分空间分布图，并分析了其垂直和水平方向的空间变异特征，以期为确定最佳灌溉时机和灌溉量提供科学依据。

After overcoming the flux shift during the process, the production ability of strains could be the limiting factor for further increasing the production. To avoid the random modification on strains, the comprehensive enzymatic study of nucleoside producing-pathway was conducted on four strains with different producing ability. And the results could be used to direct further reconstruction of strains. It was also found that nucleotidase was of much importance to nucleoside production.

And according to recent progress in this field, it is presented that the magnetic field measurement technology and apparatus will become digital and intelligent with high accuracy, high stability, high resolution as well as microminiaturization.

This paper reviews and summarizes the progress in this field as follows: the mathematical model and the difficulty of the analytical solutions is introduced; discusses the latest progress of the numerical solutions is discussed; the finite difference method, the Godunov method, the Boltzmann method, and the KFVS method of one-dimensional dam-break problem are introduced; the TVD method, the discontinuous finite element method, the finite volume method and characteristic method of two-dimensional dam-break problem are discussed; the applicability, the advantage and the disadvantage of each method are analyzed; and the progress in the numerical calculations of flow of fluid with free surface are presented.

回顾和总结了国内外对溃坝水流演进问题的研究进展：介绍了溃坝水流的数学模型及解析解法存在的困难，进而讨论了数值解法的最新进展；论述了求解溃坝水流一维问题的有限差分法、近似黎曼解的Godunov格式法、Boltzmann法、KFVS法和二维问题的TVD格式法、间断有限元法、有限体积法、特征线法，并分析了各种方法的适用范围和优缺点，及讨论了限制函数的使用；介绍了利用自由水面追踪方法计算溃坝水流的研究进展，并根据目前存在的不足和实际工程的需要，提出了进一步研究的方向和发展趋势。
