煅烧

Crystalline transformation of finely ground sand stone with and without the addition of mineralizer of A,B,CaF2 and CaSO4+CaF2 heated at certain temperature was determined by means of DTA and XRD.The test of burnability of raw meal was also conducted in this work.

将砂岩细磨或在砂岩中分别掺入矿化剂A、B、CaF2、CaSO4+CaF2，然后在适宜温度下煅烧，用DTA和XRD测试了砂岩的晶型转变，并进行了生料易烧性试验。

The results show that REEs oxide have little effect on the decomposition of carbonate and they improve the sinterability of the raw meal;they also promote the formation of alite and growth of clinker minerals,and have beneficial effect on the uniformity of crystal size and well-distributed minerals. But some REEs result in the corrosion of alite when they are excessive,which may influence the hydration reactivity of alite.When clinker is well sintered, REEs oxide and its tailing improve the strength of cement clinker, and have little effect on setting time of cement.

研究结果表明，稀土氧化物对碳酸盐的分解影响不大，对生料的易烧性有改善作用；稀土氧化物能促进熟料中A矿的形成和矿物的发育，有利于熟料中矿物结晶尺寸和分布均匀，但部分稀土在掺量过量时可能造成矿物的熔蚀，影响矿物的水化活性；在煅烧良好的条件下，稀土氧化物和尾矿对熟料强度有增进作用，对水泥凝结时间影响较小。

Results show that C_(2)AS in high-alumina cement with CACA_(2)C_(2)AS system can be transformed into the Q phase when adding MgO and abundant CaO after calcined at high temperature.

结果表明：高铝水泥系统中的C2AS，在加入MgO和系统补钙的条件下，经过高温煅烧能够转化为Q相，高铝水泥系统CA 二铝酸一钙(CA2) C2AS变化为Q相CA C12A7.Q相CA C12A7的烧成温度为1 260~1 300 ℃，保温时间为30~60 min。

Synthesis of biodiesel by transesterification of rapeseed oil and methanol catalyzed by KOH/Al2O3 solid base was studied. The catalyst was prepared by isochoric impregnation. Effects of some factors on the transesterification were investigated systematically and reaction conditions were optimized. The optimum reaction conditions on KOH/Al2O3 catalyst were: mass ratio of KOH to Al2O3 20%; calcination temperature 400℃ for 5h; molar ratio of methanol to oil 12:1, the amount of catalyst 5wt%; reaction temperature 60℃ and reaction time 2h.

采用等体积浸渍法制备了KOH/Al2O3负载型固体碱催化剂，并将其用于菜籽油与甲醇酯交换法合成生物柴油的研究；分别考察了催化剂附载量、锻烧温度、醇油摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间等条件对生物柴油产率的影响；结果表明：用等体积浸渍法，在400℃煅烧5h，制得负载量为20%的KOH/Al2O3催化剂。
