In this study, 6 species from Eriocaulaceae, Xyridaceae, Commelinaceae, Juncaceae were collected as material.

Based on plant morphological traits, some types of strategies could be divided. The regeneration strategies of three species, Eriocaulon buergerianum, Juncus articulatus and Sagittaria potamogetifolia, had characteristics of r-strategists, and Oryza rufipogon, Scirpus triangulatus and Eleocharis plantagineiformis had characteristics of K-strategists.
