结果： 共用此方法治疗10例病人，全部是属于严重开放性粉碎性骨折，而且都是骨外露，由于骨髓炎、骨不连，经用各种常规手术及治疗未获成功，使用大块病骨切除，外固定架加压压缩固定，同时在干骺端用自行研制的针锯潜行截骨，恢复切除病骨的长度。10例分别切除病骨死骨3.0~14公分，干骺端分别延长3.0~14公分，全部获得成功，骨髓炎治愈。
