Methods 47 patient were treated with pedical screw fixation and spinal fusion for grades I and 2 isthmic spondylolisthesis. In 22 patients posterior lumbar fusion was performed, and in 25 patients posterior lumbar interbody fusion was performed. Two groups were compared for clinical outcome, radiographic date (include: correction of slippage, disc space height, segmental lordosis and fusion rate) and complication rate.

Ⅱ度以内腰椎峡部裂型滑脱共47例，一组22例，椎弓根器械复位固定后行PLF；另一组25例，椎弓根器械复位固定后行PLIF对两组的临床疗效、X线影像学结果（包括：滑脱矫正、滑脱节段椎间隙高度改变、滑脱节段前突角改变及骨融合）及并发症进行对比观察。

研究区的构造样式表现出较大的层次性，总体为盖层滑脱式逆冲褶皱型，其中，以中、上三叠统碎屑岩为主的浅层次，其构造样式主要为紧密型断滑或断展褶皱低角度逆冲断裂，其滑脱面为三叠系下部泥质岩或粉砂质泥岩；以上古生界碳酸岩为主的中深层次，其构造样式推测以冲断和宽缓褶皱为主。

They were divided into two groups:elderly group(with 3 or more centrums hyperosteogeny) and younger group(with less than 3 centrums hyperosteogeny). Then they were evaluated according to Meyerding method and analyzed by χ2 and Fisher accurate probability examination.Results Among the younger group,any degree of lumbar spondylo-listhesis had all prominent relationship with spondylolysis.

Based on seismic and well data, seismic interpretation and restoration of balanced crosssections were carried out, and the results indicate:（1） Besides basement involvement structures in the part segment of No. 1 fault, the faults were dominated by detachment faults which formed in Middle-Lower Cambrian salt layers.（2） The deformation styles were different in the upon and underneath salt layers, and the distortion was stronger in the upon salt layer than that in the underneath salt layer.（3） The stratified deformation was coordinated by salt layers.

应用地震和钻井资料，在地震资料解释和分层构造复原基础上，研究认为：（1）除塔中Ⅰ号断裂带部分段为基底卷入式外，塔中低凸起主要逆冲断裂以滑脱式为主，主逆冲断裂多在中、下寒武统膏盐层系滑脱；（2）盐上地层变形特征与盐下地层变形特征不同，盐上地层构造变形强度总体上大于盐下地层构造变形强度；（3）膏盐层系在分层构造变形过程中起到协调变形作用；（4）塔中低凸起分层构造变形主要受控于俯冲造山及膏盐层系滑脱作用。

RESULTS: There were 20 mild slips with slip angles less than 31 degrees, 24 moderate with slip angles between 31 and 50 degrees, 20 slips were severe with slip angles between 51 and 90 degrees. In 61 cases, reduction was successful without being followed by AVN.

结果：20例患者轻度滑脱与滑脱，成角小于31度； 24例患者中等滑脱，成角介于31度和50度之间；20例患者严重滑脱，成角介于51度和90度之间。61例患者成功复位，随后无AVN并发。3例患者（2个女孩和1个男孩）发展成部分性AVN（ 4.7 ％）。
