涎腺瘤

Objective: To investigate the expression of nuclear factor-kappaB in the polymorphic adenoma of salivary glands.

目的：研究在涎腺多形性腺瘤中表达及意义。

Results With the expression in normal salivary gland as a standard, low C-erbB-2 mRNA expression was seen in adenolymphoma, basal cell adenoma. However, various degrees of over-expression of C-erbB-2 oncogene mRNA were detected in pleomorphic adenoma, mucoepidermoid carcinoma,acinic cell carcinoma ,adenoid cystic carcinoma ,papillary cystic carcinoma,and myoethelial cell carcinoma.

结果 正常涎腺和涎腺肿瘤中发现不同程度C-erbB-2mRNA的表达，以正常涎腺组织的表达水平为基准，在腺淋巴瘤、基底细胞腺瘤呈现低表达、无表达或与正常涎腺组织表达水平相似，多形性腺瘤、粘液表皮样癌、腺泡细胞癌、腺样囊性癌、乳头状囊腺癌和肌上皮癌则呈现不同程度的过表达。

Materials and Methods 15 cases included 8 salivary gland mixed tumors, 2 capillary hemangiomas, 3 squamous cell carcinoma and 2 mucous epidermoid cyst.

资料与方法本组15例中涎腺混合瘤8例，海绵状血管瘤2例，鳞状细胞癌3例，黏液表皮样囊肿2例。

Objective To investigate the expression and the significance of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2)and survivin in the benign and malignant pleomorphic adenoma of saliva ry gland.

目的 探讨环氧合酶- 2 (COX- 2 )及生存素在良、恶性涎腺多形性腺瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤发生发展的关系。

Methods The expression of EMMPRIN and MVD were examined in 28 cases of pleomorphic adenoma, 25 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma, 33 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma as well as 9 cases of normal salivary glands as comparison control by immunochemistry SP method.

用SP免疫组织化学法检测9例正常涎腺组织，28例多形性腺瘤，25例黏液表皮样癌，33例腺样囊性癌中EMMPRIN的表达和MVD值。

Adenoma: from glandular occurred benign mucous gland adenoma mostly polypoidal, glandular organ within the adenoma were nodular, and often coated with the surrounding normal tissue clear boundaries, structure and start glands are very similar, often with a certain degree of secretory function, can secrete serous and mucinous, commonly found in the thyroid, salivary gland, ovarian, breast, etc..

腺瘤：由腺上皮发生的良性肿瘤，粘膜腺的腺瘤多呈息肉状，腺器官内腺瘤呈结节状，且常有包膜，与周围正常组织分界清晰，结构与起始腺体十分相似，常具有一定的分泌功能，能分泌浆液和粘液，常见于甲状腺、涎腺、卵巢、乳腺等处。

灵台生产的牛心杏平均单果重65克，果实色泽鲜艳，汁多味浓，甜酸适口，离核仁甜，清末时就驰名陕、甘两省，清同治年间曾为朝廷贡品。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.

供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
