Groups of students from Department of Architecture, The Chinese University of Hong Kong undertook 7 participatory projects focusing on different themes, issues and problems, including:"Remodeling the Pedestrian Facilities: Our Railings","Participatory Approach to Tuen Mun Park self-amusing zone","Elevated Walkway Design Improvement on Mongkok Road","Our Collective Memory: Dai Pai Dong","Subway Fantasy : Improvement scheme for the subway network in Tsim Sha Tsui","Designing Our Safety Island " and "Participatory Project: Village Houses".

来自中文大学建筑学系的七组学生，推行了主题不同的参与性项目，包括"重塑街道设施：我们的栏杆"、"「埋o黎睇。埋o黎讲」屯门公园设立曲艺文化自娱区"、"「桥？」改善旺角道行人天桥"、"消失中的大排档"、"网络变奏：尖沙咀地下隧道改善计划"、"靠你谂岛：民众参与_安全岛改善计划"及"「活在丁厦」-丁屋大厦专题研究"。

The results show that the dynamic change of water resources in the Heihe River Basin is mainly reflected by three aspects, i.e., the formation, utilization and disappearance of runoff respectively, the runoff formation area accounting only for 10% of total area of the Heihe River Basin plays a dominant role in the dynamic change of water resources in the whole basin and affects the capabilities of take-in and send-out, conservation, evapotranspiration and conversion of water resources.

研究表明，本区水资源动态变化主要在径流形成、利用和消失三个区域内具有依次性体现的特征。其中占总流域面积10%左右的河川径流形成区，对全流域的水资源动态变化具有先决性作用，并在各个区域水动态变化体现上又受到系统对水的吞吐、留存、蒸散和转化能力大小的影响。

RESULT: 1.Ouabain act on lens sodium-pump,under the LM,lens anterior capsular membrane discontinuous,epithelium cells clustered,occluding zonule seperated,lens fiber layers fractured.Under the EM,cells totally hollowed,mitochondria swelling,myelin figure appeared.RT-PCR examine the expression condition of αsubunit of sodium pump on mRNA level,α1、α2 and α3-isoform are all decreased.2.Digoxin act on lens sodium-pump,under the LM,lens cell oedema,linkage distructed,extensive exfoliation.Under the EM,plasma appeared little half-transparant hollow region,mitochondria swelling and ridge disappeared. RT-PCR examine,α1、α2 and α3-isoform are all decreased.3.Amphotericin B act on lens sodium-pump,under the LM,lens epithelium cells linked tightly,arranged in-line,lens fiber layers arranged tightly and regularily.Under the EM,abbundant cellular organes,exuberant cells function indicated. RT-PCR examine the expression condition of αsubunit of sodium pump on mRNA level,α1 and α3-isoform are increased significantly,demonstrated isoform-specific action.4D-thyroxine act on lens sodium-pump,under the LM,lens plasmalemma integrated,cells arranged tightly and regularily.Under the EM,nucleus fission appeared,desmosome half-desmosome and tensile microfilaments linked the cells. RT-PCR examine,α2 and α3-isoform are increased, also demonstrated isoform-specific action.5.Vitamin E act on lens sodium-pump,under the LM,lens anterior capsular membrane continuous and smooth,epithelium cells tightly linked,lens fiber layers appearede hollow region occasionally.Under the EM,lateral membrane high density belt appeared,abundant nucleolus. RT-PCR examine,onlyα1-isoform are increased, demonstrated significantly isoform-specific action.6.DMSO act on lens sodium-pump,under the LM,lens anterior capsular membrane slightly thicker,cells linkage partly distructed.Under the EM,plasmalemma denaturation,mitochondria swelling.RT-PCR examine,α1、α2 and α3-isoform are all altered slightly and haven't significant meanning.

结果：1、哇巴因作用于晶状体钠泵后，光镜下晶状体前囊膜断裂、上皮细胞聚积、闭合连接分离、纤维板层裂隙，电镜下全层细胞空泡化、线粒体肿胀出现髓样结构，RT-PCR法检测晶状体钠泵α亚单位α1、α2及α3三种重整异构体在mRNA水平的表达均减弱。2、地高辛作用于晶状体钠泵后，光镜下晶状体细胞水肿、细胞连接破坏、广泛剥离，电镜下胞质见少许半透明空化区、线粒体肿胀嵴消失，RT-PCR法检测晶状体钠泵α亚单位α1、α2及α3三种重整异构体在mRNA水平的表达均减弱。3、两性霉素B作用于晶状体钠泵后，光镜下晶状体上皮细胞紧密连接、线状排列、纤维板层紧密规整，电镜下细胞器丰富、细胞功能旺盛，RT-PCR法检测α1及α3表达显著增强、具有一定的重整异构作用特异性。4、D甲状腺素作用于晶状体钠泵后，光镜下晶状体质膜完整、细胞排列紧密规整，电镜下胞核见分裂像、细胞间有桥粒、半桥粒及张力微丝，RT-PCR法检测α2及α3表达均增强、亦有一定的重整异构作用特异性。5、维生素E作用于晶状体钠泵后，光镜下晶状体前囊膜连续光滑、上皮细胞紧密连接、纤维板层偶见空化，电镜下囊侧膜内有高电子密度带、细胞核仁丰富，RT-PCR法检测仅有α1的表达显著增强、具有极强的重整异构作用特异性。6、二甲基亚砜作用于晶状体钠泵后，光镜下晶状体前囊膜轻度增厚、细胞连接部分破坏，电镜下质膜变性、线粒体肿胀，RT-PCR法检测晶状体钠泵α亚单位α1、α2及α3三种重整异构体在mRNA水平的表达无显著改变。

RESULTS: The mild traction group showed angulus anterior individual neuron slightly engorged, neuron and nerve fiber morphous was normal essentially; individual substantia alba demyelinates in fragmentis; medullary sheath and auxiliary fibers of nerve root were hydropsia slightly without conspicuous myelinolysis. The moderate traction group demonstrated myelinolysis change in the spinal cord, and neurofibras lined up chaos, auxiliary fibers disaggregated, neuron dropsy, tigroid body disappeared with karyopycnosis and anachromasis in neurons; nerve root showed myelinolysis. The severe traction group displayed a great demyelination region; anterior motor neurons with karyopycnosis and anachromasis; myelinated nerve fiber of nerve root shrinked, decreased in number, with severe demyelination changes.

结果：轻度牵拉组牵拉侧前角个别神经元稍肿胀，神经元及神经纤维形态基本上正常，个别白质小片状脱髓鞘样改变，神经根髓鞘和轴索轻度水肿，脱髓鞘不明显；中度牵拉组白质有脱髓鞘改变，神经纤维排列紊乱，轴索崩解、断裂；灰质神经元水肿明显加重，前角运动神经原细胞尼氏体消失，核固缩、深染，神经根髓鞘和轴索水肿，局部轻度脱髓鞘改变；重度牵拉组牵拉侧白质为不规则的大片脱髓鞘区，前角运动神经元胞体固缩、变形、核深染，神经根有髓神经纤维萎缩、数目减少，重度脱髓鞘改变。

Results: Neonatal rats in hypoxic-ischemicgroup behaved restlessness, cyanosis, deep and rapid breath, astasia, lethargy, irritation and spasm; There were local pyknosis, fragmentation, dissymmetry, blur or disappearance of nucleoli, raritas of ground substance in left cerebral cortex; but there was no statistic significance in chinese traditional medicine group and sham group. The expression of HIF-1α mRNA in brain tissue of experimental group and chinese traditional medicine group were higher than that in sham group, especially chinese traditional medicine group at 3d; HIF-1α positive cells were found in cerebral cortex and hippocampus. There were more HIF-1α positive cells in experimental group and chinese traditional medicine group and mainly in vascular endothelial cells.

结果 缺氧缺血后大鼠相继表现为烦躁不安、全身发给、呼吸加深加快、站立不稳、嗜睡、激惹或间断发作的痉挛和抽搐；HE染色显示实验组大鼠左侧大脑皮层出现局灶性神经元核固缩，核碎裂，核仁偏位，不清或消失，基质疏松；中药组大鼠脑组织结构基本接近假手术组，无明显水肿和坏死表现；实验组和中药组大鼠脑组织HIF-1α mRNA表达较假手术组明显增加，尤其是中药组实验第3日者；免疫组化显示实验组和中药组各时间点大鼠大脑皮层和海马区均可见不同程度的HIF-1α表达，明显高于假手术组，阳性表达主要在血管内皮细胞，海马和皮层的锥体细胞亦有HIF-1α阳性细胞分布。

The other six bundles,which were nearly round,continuously expanded towards the top,of which three bundles entered the ovary wall after extended into the locule region to become the carpellary dorsal bundles which finally entered the style,of which the other three moved to center to become the placenta vascular bundles which were absent at the top of the locule.

另6枚近圆束形的维管束一直在中央向上延伸，进入子房室区后，其中3枚进入子房壁，成为3束心皮背束，最后3束心皮背束进入花柱成为花柱维管束，另3枚聚向中央，成为胎座维管束，胎座维管束至子房室顶部时消失。

Results There were 22 lacunar infarction cases, 1 case large area infarction, and 8 cases with small bleeding in the thalamus, 1 case with large bleeding in the basal ganglia of 9 cases intracerebral hemorrhage. Hemichorea appeared in 27 cases within 24 hours, 5 cases within 1 week. All received aloperidin, the symptom disappeared in27 cases（84.4%）.

结果 32例偏侧舞蹈症病例中脑梗死23例(腔隙性脑梗死22例，大面积脑梗死1例)，脑出血9例(丘脑少量出血8例，基底节区大量出血1例)；脑卒中后24h与1周内出现偏侧舞蹈症症状分别为27例和5例；应用氟哌啶醇治疗后症状消失27例。

Results 102 cases of liver and spleen rupture in patients with conservative treatment, Hemoperitoneum full absorption of 73 cases of liver and spleen injuries fully restored, and 29 cases of liver and spleen damage the basic recovery, residual 2~3 cm in diameter around a little low-density area or a computerized stove, follow-up 1~3 months, respectively, disappeared.

结果 102例肝脾破裂患者经保守治疗，腹腔积血全吸收，73例肝脾损伤完全恢复，29例肝脾损伤基本恢复，残留少许直径 2~3 cm左右低密度区或机化灶，随访分别于1~3个月基本消失。

Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of secondary splenomagely and hypersplenism in dog.

RFA后的脾脏CT病灶呈节段性毁损，包括高密度的坏死区和低密度的梗死区；梗死区在RFA后 4～ 6周内消失。

Enhancement emerge d around the operative area in early postoperative period shows tendency of gradual reduction or disappearance until malacia appears in the original enhancement area.

术后早期在术区边缘出现的增强，追踪观察有逐渐减弱或消失的趋势，直至在原增强部位形成软化灶。

Cynanchum Lingtai apricot production in the average weight 65 grams, the brightly-colored fruit, juicy rich, sweet-sour taste, sweet from the nucleolus, when the late Qing Dynasty famous Shaanxi, Gansu provinces, the Qing imperial court Tongzhi tribute for years.

灵台生产的牛心杏平均单果重65克，果实色泽鲜艳，汁多味浓，甜酸适口，离核仁甜，清末时就驰名陕、甘两省，清同治年间曾为朝廷贡品。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.

供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
