The piston mathematical model of some type engines in topology optimization was founded using variable density method. According to the optimization area of the piston pin seat and the thrust face, the topology optimization of piston structure in this area was studied using the HyperWorks software premising the stability of skirt's distortion.

建立了某高速发动机活塞的变密度法拓扑优化数学模型，以活塞销座和推力面之间的区域为优化区域，在保证裙部变形稳定性的前提下，利用HyperWorks软件对该区域的活塞结构进行了拓扑优化。
