This essay just analyses the different theories in the history of philosophy, with emphasis on that any given body in reality is the one which is established by discourses, which are play activities of appetency, technology and wisdom.

This study showed that the most important fitness indicator for Taiwan is the amount of physical activity, including time and intensity of participation. The first concern of government should be the increase in number of people participating in physical activity and to make exercise as part of life style. Increased amount of physical activity could reduce the risk for many chronic diseases. The yearly fitness test should focus on the amount of physical activity conducted, the socioeconomic information, and the baffler of engaging physical activity.

本研究的结果显示，当前我国最重要的课题应在於提升运动人口，培养国民运动习惯，最重要的体适能指标应为身体活动量，包括参与运动的时间和强度；增加身体活动量可降低各种慢性病罹患机率，每年的体适能检测应以调查民众身体活动量为主，并包含社会经济地位与参与身体活动的限制因素等资料，以作为制定政策的参考。

The results of this study revealed that nurses' perception of nurse role function increased, such as educator, supervisor, manager, delegator, and leader. The nursing direct activities decreased, especially in helping patient change position, taking a bath, and changing diaper.
