TNF-α and IL-10 plasma concentrations were measured by ELISA. Results: Plasma concentrations of TNF-α fell significantly from (419.4±77.5) pg/ml to (168.1±55.4) pg/ml after treatment, much lower than that of MODS group (P.05), but we did not find TNF-α in the ultrafiltrate. The start of HVHF was associated with a significant and sustained fall of IL-10, which came to the lowest level in the 6th hour after new filter was used, thereafter remained stable during the observation period.

姑果：HVHF组治疗后血浆TNF-α浓度明显下降，从(419.4±77.5)pg/ml降低到(168.1±55.4)pg/ml，各时间点与MODS组有显著差异(P.05)，但滤液中未检测到TNF-α治疗开始后血浆IL-10明显下降，6h达到最低点，此后维持在稳定状态，滤液中能检测到IL-10，随治疗时间延长其滤过系数降低。

Methods 40 children with adenoidal hypertrophy by clinical symptoms and electronasopharyngoscope were treated by fluticasone propionate (50g per nostril a day) for 3 months. Clinical symptoms scores and adenoidal volume were observed, and then those whose clinical symptom got improved were followed up for another half a year.

选择40例经临床症状评分和电子鼻咽镜检查确诊为腺样体肥大的患儿，予丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷剂每日1次，治疗3个月比较治疗前后患儿临床症状的变化情况；临床症状改善的患儿停药后随访6个月，再次与治疗后的临床症状改善情况进行比较。

目的 探讨颈动脉灌注红花注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效方法将100例脑梗死患者随机分红花注射液颈动脉灌注组50例和红花注射液静脉滴注组50例，治疗组：于0.9%氯化钠注射液60ml中加入红花注射液20ml，以4ml/min的滴速经颈动脉灌注；对照组：以红花注射液20ml加入0.9%氯化钠注射液500ml中静滴，20天后对两组疗效进行分析并观察治疗后肢体肌力及血液流变学变化。

Maxillary central incisors had a slightly greater pulpal blood flow values than maxillary lateral incisors. The flow values from 15 teeth with necrotic pulp or pulpless teeth were significantly lower than that from the control teeth. Before therapy the values from 16 deep caries teeth were all higher than that from the control teeth. After therapy, most (15/16) of those values decreased to normal in three days. The value of one tooth with deep caries remained high, and one week later, the pulp became necrosis.

Methods Sixty-seven eyes of 50 patients with dry eye received a silicone punctum plug as treatment. Of the 50 patients, there were 17 males and 33 females, and the average age was 37 years. All patients were followed up for three months. A Schirmer Ⅰ test and break-up time were used as measurements before treatment and one and three months after treatment. These measurements were used to evaluate the efficacy of using this treatment for dry eye.
