All patients were evaluated by dysarthria assessment made by The China Rehabilitation Research Centre before and after treatment.Results: The motor functions of phonatory organ and the ability of speech were improved.

结果：治疗后患者构音器官的运动功能明显改善，口角下垂、嘴唇力量、舌、下颌运动异常及流涎都有不同程度改善（80%~100%）；治疗前29例患者构音处于发单音和单词水平，治疗后仅2例患者构音在单词水平，36患者达句子和文章水平。

Result: Platelet aggregation rate of pretreatment and 8 weeks after treatment had significant difference, but hemostatic functions were similar. The incidence of cardiac event of two groups had no significant difference. The side effect of Clopidogrel and Ticlopidine had significant difference with granulocytopenia (3.4% vs. 0), gastrointestinal tract response (11.2% vs. 6.3%) and exanthem (9.0% vs. 3.2%) respectively, which need no drug withdrawal.

结果：治疗8周后的血小板聚集率与治疗前相比，差异具有显著性，而止血和血栓功能相似；治疗后两组心脏事件的发生率相似；噻氯匹定与氯吡格雷的副作用中性粒细胞减少（3.4％比0）、胃肠道反应（11.2％比6.3％）、皮疹（9.0％比3.2％），两组差异具有显著性，两组均无需要停药病。

Results After treatment, the symptoms include cough, expectoration, gasping, wheezing rale, etc were improved significantly in both 2 groups （P.01）. Especially the improvement of the treating group is better than that of the control group.

结果 治疗后两组在咳嗽、咳痰、喘息及肺部哮鸣音等方面均有不同程度的明显改善（P.01），并且治疗组在治疗后上述情况的改善更优于对照组（P.05）。

Methods Before treatment, the first hemospasia and BPRS evaluation were taken, and indices of blood rheology measured using XNs Electron Auto Whole Blood Viscosity Red Cell Electrophoresis Apparatus (researched and produced by Shanghai Medical University) in the 32 schizophrenics.

经氯丙嗪治疗2周后，重复上述实验及第2次BPRS评定。统计学处理采用t检验。结果32例精神分裂症病人治疗前血液流变学指标较正常人有明显异常，经氯丙嗪治疗后，全血高切变、全血低切变、红血球压积和红血球电泳时间有显著下降，同时BPRS评分也下降，其差异均有显著意义（P＜0.05）。

Life quality integral changes before and after treatment and follow-up after three months were analyzed with WHOQOL-BREF integral table between two groups.

Methods: 56 cases with acute failure of left ventricular and respiratory in Yichang Central People's Hospital from June 2006 to December 2007 were analyzed prospectively. 24 cases were treated with combination of mechanic ventilation and sedative after emergency tracheal intubations. 32 cases were treated with traditional drugs. Clinical signs, blood gas analysis, mortality, and mean hospitalization time after treatment were compared between two groups.

53 Cases of essential hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy were divided at random into two groups:enalapril treatment group (27cases )and Adalat GITS treatment group (26 cases).
