Methods: 59 IgAN patients with difficent degree hematuria and proteinuria were chosen and divided into treatment group (30 cases) and contrast group (29 cases) at random. Patients of treatment group took the Shenmao Shiwei decoction one dosis everyday and add modern medicine conventional therapy;Patients of contrast group simple took the modern medicine conventional therapy onlyDispydamole(Persantine combine with ACEI such as Benazepril,Fosinopril.

材料与方法：选择表现为不同程度血尿及蛋白尿的IgAN患者59例，随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（29例），治疗组给予口服参茅石苇汤每日1剂加西医对症治疗，对照组（29例）用单纯西医对症治疗（双嘧达莫合用贝那普利或福辛普利等ACEI类药物），两组共治疗3个月。

METHODS: Sixty healthy Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: 6 rats in normal control group, 6 rats in EGb treating normal IOP group, and the other 48 rats were established chronic high IOP models of rats by cauterizing two episcleral veins. n 30 rats satisfying experimental level were selected and randomly divided into five groups: 6 rats in physiological brine treating group, and the other 24 rats were divided into four experimental groups according to the dose of EGb: group A, EGb 50mg/; group B, EGb 100mg/; group C, EGb 150mg/; and group D EGb 200mg/. After the treating time of 1 month, the rats were sacrificed on schedule. Flat preparation of whole retinaes was stained distinctively and neuron counting in retinal ganglion cell layer from both eyes of each rat were performed to evaluate neuron situation.

取健康SD大鼠60只，正常对照组和正常银杏叶组各6只，其余48只采用烧烙法，烙闭大鼠左眼2条浅层巩膜静脉，制作大鼠持续性高眼压模型，从中选出眼压稳定在实验要求水平的大鼠30只，随机分为生理盐水组，治疗A组（每日EGb 50mg/kg）、治疗B 组（每日EGb 100mg/kg）、治疗C 组（每日EGb 150mg/kg）、治疗D 组（每日EGb 200mg/kg），治疗时间为1mo，处死大鼠后做视网膜全层铺片，对RGCL神经元做特异性染色后行神经元计数来评估神经元的情况。

The lateral rectus muscle of one eye was sectioned under anaesthesia in order to induce an esotropic squint in strabismic group and therapeutic group. In therapeutic groups, the non-squint eyelids of six 8-week-old esotropic kittens were sutured to induce the model of occlusion therapy, another six kittens were reversely occluded combined with pattern stimulus therapy.

回顾分析渗出型AMD患者78例94只眼采用PDT治疗，患者平均年龄68.4岁，治疗次数为132次，平均1.4次，其中22例30只眼接受重复PDT治疗，占治疗总数31.9%。30只眼共进行PDT治疗68次，其中2次22只眼，占73.3%；3次7只眼，占23.3%；6次1只眼，占3.3%。

This article reports three cases of the ageotropic form of HC-BPPV that were cured by rapid head rotation. The three cases demonstrated that rapid head rotation was an effective maneuver to treat cupulolithiasis on the utricle side. It is recommended that rapid head rotation can be used for therapeutic diagnosis: If nystagmus subsides immediately after this maneuver, the diagnosis is cupulolithias is on utricle side. If nystagmus changes into the geotropic form, the diagnosis is cupulolithiasis on canal side or canalolithiasis in the anterior arm of horizontal semicircular canal. A repositioning maneuver for geotropic form can then be applied to treat these patients.

逆地眼振型水平半规管良性阵发位置性眩晕的3种耳石可能位置如下：水平半规管前臂的管耳石、管侧的顶帽沉石(canal side cupulo-lithias1s)与囊侧的顶帽沉石，本文报告3例以快速转头治疗逆地眼振型水平半规管良性阵发位置性眩晕成功的病例，显示快速转头法对囊侧的顶帽沉石具迅速有效的治疗效果，对於逆地眼振型水平半规管良性阵发位置性眩晕的治疗，作者建议先以快速转头作治疗性诊断，若病人马上复原，诊断为囊侧的顶帽沉石；若眼振转为向地型，则诊断为水平半规管前臂的管耳石或管侧的顶帽沉石，进一步再以向地型的耳石复位法治疗病人。

Methods 82 cases suffered from multiple stones in homolateral ureter were divided into 2 groups and treated by ESWL with home made JDPN-V B model extraocorperedl shock wave lithotripter under X-ray positioning. Experimental group was under the sequence of distal first proximal later and confrol group was under the different sequence.

objective to evaluate the efficacy of water soluble vitamin for the treatment of hypodynamia and vertigo of drug induced.methods 160 patients with hypodynamia and vertigo after injected the antibiotics,expand the afferent medicine and other the medicine(expel the medicine with the result that high blood pressure,low blood pressure,low blood sugar but appear the above symptom),were randomly divided into two groups:one of the normal regulations treatment(glucose +the vitaminc+vitamin b6),,the other group use the water soluble vitamin,contrast to observe the efficacy of the treatment after a week.results the effect of therapy was obviously better than that of the control group(χ2=4.44,p.05).conclusion the water soluble vitamin can improve the hypodynamia and vertigo of drug induced symptom better.

摘 要］目的：探讨用水溶性维生素治疗药源性乏力、眩晕疗效。方法：选择160例注射抗生素、扩血管药及其他药物后出现乏力、眩晕症状的患者(排除药物所致高血压、低血压、低血糖而出现以上症状)。随机分为二组：一组常规治疗(葡萄糖+维生素c+维生素b6)；二组用水溶性维生素治疗，治疗时间为一周，对比观察其疗效。结果：观察组治疗有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.44，p.05)。结论：水溶性维生素能更好地改善药源性乏力、眩晕症状。
