油罐

A oil warehouse was served under the backgroud of engneering application in this paper. Based on analyse and distinguish of oilcan fire, hazardous factors in explosion and accidental characteristics, consequently, inherent hazard scale of the oilcan section was educed by using DOW's fire explosive index method. In that way those errors between safety precaution and present criterion were also definited by analysising and calculating the effect of safty compensating coefficient in deducing hazardous scale of oilcan fire.

本论文以某油库作为工程应用背景，在对油库的火灾、爆炸危险因素及事故特点进行分析、辨识的基础上，应用道化学火灾爆炸指数评价法，对油库中最危险的油罐区进行定量评价，得出油罐区的固有危险等级，分析、计算了不同状态下安全补偿系数对降低罐区火灾危险等级的影响，明确了所采用安全措施的有效性及与现行标准规范要求尚存的差距。

The results show that : basic manufactured tank, welders were no longer needed in Tooling process, the cutting process is not strictly adhered to. 结果表明：油罐基本制造完成后，焊工在切除不再需要工装过程中，不严格遵守切割工艺，所产生的底板贯穿性缺陷是形成油罐泄漏的主要原因，金相显示制作母材中存在着较严重的偏析，使得钢材的焊接性能变得较差，容易引起焊接缺陷成为失效隐患。

On the hardware, Two layers of client /server configuration was adopted, the server in the watch room is linked to the pumps and the oilcans through a hub, responsible for the data collection of oil-records and the parameters of the oilcans, responsible for the maintenance of the database. And also it may manage the oil's stocking, selling and storing daily. Clients in the station master room are linked to server through LAN, and responsible for the disposal and printout of all reports.

硬件上采用两层的客户机/服务器结构，在监控室的服务器通过集线器跟加油机和油罐相连，负责加油记录和油罐参数的数据采集和数据库的维护，当然也可以进行日常油品的进销存管理；在站长室的客户机通过局域网跟服务器相连，负责各种报表的打印输出。

Volume was calculated with storage manage software by gauged volume table of oil tank.

库存管理软件据油罐标定后的油罐容积表计算出产品体积。

With the fluid-solid coupling of train oil tank clue to train speed increase, the fluid-solid coupling modal analysis of G70B oil tank is calculated by NSYS. The finite element model of fluid-solid coupling system is set up. The fluid-solid coupling modal analysis of G70B oil tank is done for light oil tank train under different kinds of loads and its natural frequency and modal shapes are obtained.

针对列车油罐因列车提速导致液固耦合作用突出的问题，运用ANSYS软件对轻型油罐车G70B型罐体的液固辐合模态响应进行实例分析和计算；建立车载油罐的液固辐合系统有限元模型；对轻型油罐车G70B型罐体进行在不同贮液比时的液固福合模态分析，得出固有频率和模态振型图。
