沥青

The performances of modified asphalt with different contents of Indonesian Buton Rock Asphalt and Esso based dasphalt A-70 are studied with the experiments. The results show that the capacity of anti-deforming and the performances of temperature sensibility, in high temperature or low temperature are improved as the contents of BRA increase.

以埃索70沥青作为基质沥青，对不同掺量的印尼布敦岩沥青改性沥青的性能进行了研究，试验结果表明，随着岩沥青掺量的增加，改性沥青的抗变形能力、感温性能、高温性能和低温性能得到提高。

By using geological and geochemical data, the genetic type of the Silurian asphaltic sandstones in Tarim Basin is investigated and divided as the following:(1)Oxidized asphalt on surface or in shallow-layer is the heavy asphalt crude and solid oxidized asphalt or gilsonite formed by volatilization, oxidization, water washing and biodegradation in oil-layer outcrop area or near earth surface.

通过对地质、地球化学等资料的研究，认为塔里木盆地志留系沥青砂岩有5种成因类型：①表生—浅层氧化沥青是指在油层露头区或油层位于近地表处，由于挥发、氧化、水洗和生物降解等作用而形成的一些焦油状沥青质重油以及固体浅层氧化沥青或硬质沥青。

Experimental analysis of recovered asphalt and sieve analysis of recovered aggregates were carried out for recovered asphalt pavements. The new asphalt and the rejuvenator were added into old asphalt, and the object viscosity of recycled asphalt is about 120 Pas.

将沥青路面刨除料进行回收沥青实验分析和回收集料筛分析，并在旧沥青中添加新沥青和再生剂得到再生沥青，其目标粘度为120Pas。

All of the three rejuvenators recover the aged asphalts in temperature susceptibility at low and mid-high temperature. The effect of rejuvenator C is better than others. No obvious laws are found at middle temperature, the rejuvenators increase the aged asphalts temperature susceptibilities. Rejuvenator A decreases the temperature susceptibility at high temperature, however B and C increase a little.

实验结果表明，再生沥青在低温和中高温区的感温性均好于原料沥青，其中再生剂C再生的再生沥青感温性较好；3种再生剂对再生沥青中温区的感温性影响无明显规律，再生剂增加了老化沥青的感温性；再生剂A对再生沥青的高温区感温性有所降低，而再生剂B和C则略有增加。

Results of analysis show that Generalized Paris Law can consider the complex crack propagation in the material of the pavement structure. The fatigue life of the pavement increases with increasing thickness of surface layer in a power function. Use of a thicker surface layer may extend the service life of the asphalt pavement. The fatigue life increases with decreasing modulus of surface layer in a power function with a negative exponent. However, since reduced modulus would scarify the structural strength and might cause rutting-related distress, caution should be taken when using low modulus materials for improving fatigue performance of asphalt pavements. The fatigue life increases with increasing modulus of base material in a power function. However, the fatigue life can not infinitely increases with increasing modulus of the base.

计算与分析表明：广义Paris公式可以考虑沥青路面结构内材料复杂的裂缝扩展：沥青面层的疲劳寿命随着面层厚度的增加以幂函数的形式增加，适当增加沥青面层厚度可以提高路面的使用寿命；沥青面层的疲劳寿命随着面层材料模量的降低以负指数的幂函数形式增加；由于材料模量的降低将牺牲路面的整体强度并可能引起路面车辙类损坏，以此提高疲劳寿命的方法应慎重对待；沥青面层的疲劳寿命随着基层材料模量的增加呈幂函数的形式增加，但由疲劳方程可以看出，寿命并不是随基层材料模量的增加而无限的增加，疲劳曲线在经过一个上升段后，逐渐趋于一个常数值，这说明，这时基层模量对寿命已不作关键性贡献；随着底基层厚度的增加，面层的疲劳寿命近似地呈线性函数增加，但效果并不很明显。

According to many years asphalt pavement construction experience of the author and combining with Technical Specification for Construction of Asphalt Pavement,this passage makes brief introduction to the two asphalt pavement construction ways,e.g.using covering cloth and using hot-mixed asphaltic concrete so as to provide reference for people who work on asphalt pavement project.

文章根据作者多年来从事沥青路面施工的经验，结合《沥青路面施工技术规范》，对撒布法沥青路面面层和热拌沥青混合料沥青路面面层施工分别作了简要介绍，以便他人从事沥青路面施工时作参考。

The project was based on the influence to the asphalt mixture volumectric property by the different compaction method (Marshall Compaction, Roller Compaction, Gyratory Compaction, Vibratory Compaction), a great deal of the experiments has been done with the consideration of the pratical construction. A lot of studies were carried out, such as the study of asphalt mixture image inquiring technique--"Colour Method", the feasibility study of the application of the 2D digital image processing technique on the asphalt mixture and the utiliztion of this technique on the compacting properties analysis of asphalt mixtures. A good beginning and foundation was made for the application of the digital image processing method on the study of the 3D asphalt mixture voluemetric components constitute.

本项目以研究不同沥青混合料成型方法（马歇尔击实、轮碾压实、旋转压实、振动压实）对沥青混合料体积特性的影响作为切入点，结合实际工程，进行了大量试验，开展了&色彩法&沥青混合料图像获取技术研究、沥青混合料二维数字图像处理技术的可行性研究以及采用该技术分析沥青混合料压实特性等研究工作，取得了一系列研究成果，为采用数字图像处理技术解决三维沥青混合料体积组成特性开创了良好的开端，奠定了坚实的基础。

本课题经过研究发现经硅藻土改性后，沥青的针入度降低，最低达到70（0.01cm），软化点升高，最高为50.06℃，沥青混合料的残留稳定度及动稳定度有所提高，说明沥青路面的高温稳定性，水稳定性，抗老化能力等使用性能都得到改善；用水煮法对沥青混合料进行了粘附性进行测试表明，粘附性从3或4提高到4或5；硅改沥青的当量软化点，针入度指数等高温性能的研究发现，硅改沥青的高温性能有所改善；对粘弹指标的研究表明改性沥青的流动性变小；对抗水损害能力的研究表明，抗水损害能力有所提高。

按标准对沥青混合料进行配级后，用马歇尔实验确定了12%由擦洗法提纯的露水河硅藻土改性沥青混合料的最佳沥青用量为4.5%，用硅藻土改性沥青改性效果较好，可用做公路沥青路面的改性材料。硅藻土改性剂与沥青在强制搅拌过程中，没有发生明显的化学变化，主要是物相之间的分散、均混、吸附和交联，所以主要是物理意义上的共容，因此是否共容，混匀至关重要，只有改性剂微粒能均匀稳定的分散在沥青中不发生分层、凝聚和离析，才能达到理想的改性效果。
