In all of the municipal public utilities, the waste water treatment industry got started late in our country. The development of the waste water treatment industrial is far away behind the economy development and the citified course .At present ,the capacity of the waste water treatment can not meet the needs of the sustainable development of economy and society and city resident life.

在城市市政公用事业的发展中，污水处理在我国起步较晚，其发展远远滞后于我国的经济发展和城市化进程，目前的污水处理能力既不能满足经济，社会可持续发展的要求，也不能满足城市居民的现时生活需求，加快城市污水处理企业的改革与发展是当前城市市政公用事业的一项重要的工作。

Its test result, after using agent of sewage disposal of biology of carapace god ocean and technology of flood body rehabilitate, build good oxygen biology to stabilize a bed, processing sewage effect is apparent, expression is: Black smelly sewage is rapid decolour, deodorization, become clear, insipidity, the COD after handling two days by 333 drop 76, achieve view and admire water and the water quality demand that breed water, can develop aquatic substance. A green alga, red snapper grows to feed after 4 days wait for primary live thing, breed the water biology such as water hyacinth to be able to put in a suitable place to breed view and admire a fish.

其试验结果，运用甲壳神海洋生物污水处理(通过物化方法去除水中一些物质的过程)剂和大水体修复技术后，建立好氧生物稳定床，处理污水效果明显，表现为：黑臭的污水迅速脱色、脱臭，变得澄清、无味，处理两天后COD由333下降到76，达到观赏水和养殖水的水质要求，可培养水生物。4天后长出绿藻、红鱼食等初级生物，养殖水葫芦等水生物并可放养观赏鱼。

Under lab condition.［Result］ TN and TP concn. in the sewage were decreased constantly with the increase of duckweed treating time in 0-10 d. The purification ability of Spirodela Schleid on TN and TP was higher than that of Lemna L. The maximal removal rates of duckweed on TN and TP in sewage diluted at 5 times were 71.14% and 81.00% resp. and that in the sewage diluted 10 times were 92.18% and 91.33% resp.

结果］ 污水TN和TP浓度随浮萍处理时间（0～10 d）增加而持续降低；紫萍属浮萍对TN和TP的净化能力优于浮萍属浮萍；浮萍对稀释5倍的供试污水TN和TP的最大去除率分别为71.14%和81.00%；浮萍对稀释10倍的供试污水TN和TP的最大去除率分别为92.18%和91.33%。

It has generally accepted that the predominant bacteria used in wastewater treatment are mesophilic bacteria, which highly effective and active in normal temperature.

但是在我国北方地区，冬季污水温度一般为5～10℃，此时，污泥中的中温菌代谢活性降低甚至丧失活性，对污水中有机物的降解能力大大下降，造成污水处理效率低下，出水无法达标。

In this paper the following technology after UASB system was also discussed , artificial wetland is one of the most appropriate technologies . The new technology , which combines UASB and wetland , has the characters of low cost low energy demand and simply management, and suits our country townish wastewater treatment.

本文还对厌氧法处理小城镇污水的后处理工艺进行了初探，认为人工湿地是一种比较合适的后处理工艺，该工艺和厌氧生物法协同作用，是一种低成本、低能耗、低操作管理要求的污水处理新技术，适合于我国小城市的污水处理。

In terms of environmental construction, sticking to the road of sustainable development, we will prevent source of pollution by improving plants' sewage disposal capacity and promoting the project of supervising pollution enterprises; we will unshakenly shut down illegitimate petroleum refineries, East Wind Chemical Engineering Plant which has the longest history in the whole city and other main chemical engineering enterprises and install particles-treatment equipments to relevant enterprises, thus enhancing environmental construction.

环境建设方面，走可持续发展之路，通过扩大镇污水厂污水处理能力和推进污染企业污水接管工程，控制污染源；以铁腕手段取缔非法炼油厂，关闭吴江历史最悠久的东风化工厂和一部分主要化工企业，给烟尘企业安装处理装置，进一步加强环境建设。

The shortage of water resources will be solved and sustainable development will be actualized.

通过对长春市水资源开发利用现状及污水处理现状的调查分析，指出污水回用作为污水资源化的重要体现形式是解决长春市水资源短缺，实现水资源可持续开发利用的重要途径。

It is the common phenomenon that the industry wastewater is treated to be reused water, new industry water, desalted water, soft water or pure water for industrial production.

节能低碳低碳是钢铁企业水系统所追求的目标，将工业污水收集后处理制成回用水、工业新水、脱盐水、软化水或纯水等用于生产，是目前钢铁企业回用工业污水、实现污水资源化的常见方式。
