通过构建九段沙生态系统碳氮模型并结合实测数据比较了互花米草入侵后生态系统土壤有机碳储量、碳封存速率和土壤总氮与其在土著占优势的3类生态系统（裸地、海三棱藨草、芦苇）中的差异，结果表明互花米草入侵的生态系统，其土壤有机碳储量高于裸地和海三棱藨草生态系统，却低于芦苇生态系统。

In shrubland, soil exchangeable calcium content increased significantly, but the contents of other nutrients had no significant change.

结果表明：火烧3年后，桉林土壤有机碳、全氮、速效钾和pH含量明显降低，土壤有效磷、交换性镁、土壤净氮矿化速率和氨化速率降低，但不显著；火烧灌草坡除土壤交换性钙明显增加外，其他土壤养分均无显著变化。

Therefore, the distribution of SPAD and photosynthesis rate among leaves of wheat plant was relatively stable, and was hardly affected by nitrogen level.

随施氮水平的提高，小麦叶片的光合速率呈现出先增加后下降的趋势，施氮量为135kg／ha时光合速率最高。

The resuits showed that there was significant difference of SPAD among different leaves under same nitrogen level.
