The result of study showed:1 The effect of some inorganic urea inhibitor enzyme indicated boracic acid inhibits the activeness of urea enzyme in soil well, delayed the speed of urea hydrolysis in the soil and decreased the volatilization of ammonia , boracic acid,can be chosen as a inorganic urea enzyme inhibitor.2 The effect of some organic urea inhibitor enzyme showed that the dissociative Humic Acids of turfy soil and weathered coal inhibit the activeness of urea enzyme in soil well.

The results showed that (1) compared with conventional N treatment, the N loss of economic N treatment reduced while NUE and N residue in soil improved under water-saving condition;(2) Use efficiency of fertilizer applied as basal fertilizer was higher than that as top-dressing fertilizer under water-saving condition;(3) The fertilizer N residue rate was from 29% to 41%, and 60% of N residue, which distributed in 1m depth soil concentrated in 0～20cm surface layer;(4) In whole growing stage of wheat, fertilizer N hadn't leach to 130cm depth;(5) NUE of economic N treatment under conventional irrigation decreased by 16.6% compared with the same N treatment under water-saving condition.

结果表明，与常规施氮量处理相比，节水灌溉条件下节肥施氮量处理的氮肥损失率降低，氮肥当季利用率和土壤残留率提高；基施氮肥的利用率高于追施氮肥；土壤肥料氮的残留率在 2 9%～ 41 %之间，分布于 1m土层中，其中60 %以上集中在 0～ 2 0cm土层；在整个小麦生长季内，肥料氮并没有淋洗到 1 30m以下。节肥施氮量在常规灌溉下的当季利用率比在节水灌溉下降低 1 6 6%。

The results showed that with the increase of nitride partial pressure in the range of 2. 0～8. 0×10〓Pa, the hardness of NbN, TaN single layer films decreased, but the hardness of TiN films kept unchanged. The crystal structure of TaN films changed from the mixture of tetragonal β-Ta and faced-center cubic δ-TaN to hexagonal TaN and that of NbN films from FCC δ-NbN to hexagonal ε-NbN. The crystal structure of TiN films is FCC in all the range of partial pressure researched.

But when it came to different summer-sown maize, the straw of normal summer-sown maize absorbed less nitrogen absorption than grain did, while the straw of high oil summer-sown maize absorbed more nitrogen absorption than grain did. This it to say, high oil summer-sown maize need more nitrogen, when use N2, the nitrogen redundance was not happened, not like normal summer-sown maize.

但就各器官来说，普通夏玉米和高油夏玉米高氮时的表现有差异，前者全年籽粒化肥氮吸收量低于秸秆，而后者高于秸秆，表明高油夏玉米需氮量多，高氮时没有发生氮素冗余，而普通夏玉米却发生了氮素冗余，致使吸收的氮更多地残留在秸秆中。
