in order to probe into whether glycine supplementation plays an adjusting role in sports performance and immune functions, the authors divided 30 mice randomly into an exhaustive exercising group (e1), glycine supplemented exhaustive exercising group (e2) and a normal resting control group, with 10 mice in each group, supplemented glycine to mice in group e2 and physiological saline to mice in the other two groups, let mice in groups e1 and e2 do an exhaustive swimming exercise 4 weeks later, applied the trace ch50 hemolysis method to analyze supplement activity, applied the mtt method to perform a quantitative analysis on the lymphopoiesis ability of spleen, and thus revealed the following findings: compared with mice in group e1, the time taken by mice in group e2 to swim to an exhausted state is significantly longer (p.05); total supplement activity in blood serum of mice in group e1 is significantly lower than the same of mice in group s (p＜0.01), and total supplement activity in blood serum of mice in group e2 is significantly higher than the same of mice in group e1 (p.01), but still significantly lower than the same of mice in group s (p.05); as observed from the test of the lymphopoiesis ability of spleen, the lymphopoiesis ability of spleen of mice in group e1 is significantly lower than the same of mice in group s, and the lymphopoiesis ability of spleen of mice in group e2 is significantly higher than the same of mice in group e1, but still significantly lower than the same of mice in group s.

四型肽精氨酸脱氨酶在类风湿性关节炎。。。以马来酸酐与氨水为原料热缩聚法合成。。。摘要：为探讨甘氨酸补充对运动能力及免疫功能是否具有调节作用，将30只小鼠随机分成力竭游泳运动组(e1)、甘氨酸补充后力竭游泳组(e2)和静息正常对照组，每组10只。在e2组补充甘氨酸，其余两组给予生理盐水，处理4周后，e1组和e2组均做力竭性游泳运动。采用微量ch50溶血法分析补体活性，采用mtt法定量分析脾脏淋巴细胞增殖能力。结果显示，与e1组比较，e2组游泳至力竭的时间显著延长(p＜0.01)。e1组血清总补体活性显著低于s组(p＜0.01)，e2组显著高于e1组(p.01)，但仍显著低于s组(p.05)。在脾脏淋巴细胞增殖试验中观察到，e1组显著低于s组，e2组显著高于e1组但仍显著低于s组。

Therelationship of the amount of catalyst and the ee% of product was seen to be negative nonlin-ear. Catalyst 3 was used in the enantioselective addition of diethylzinc to aromatic aldehydesand gave good results. The configuration of products was determined by the configuration ofthe catalysts' chiral carbon linked with hydroxy group. Using β- amino alcohols bearing only one chiral center as catalysts for the enantiose-lective addition were studied. D-N, N-dialkyl-2-amino butanol gave poor catalytic effect be-cause of their structure. The configuration of the product is the same as the catalyst. Anotherkind of β- amino alcohols - phenylglycine derivatives and valine derivatives have chiralcenter on the carbon linked with amino group. Catalyzed by-phenylglycine derivatives 6,7, 9, 10, the reactions gave satisfied results. The optical yields exceeded 80%.

在探讨了含有两个手性中心的β-氨基醇之后，选择了只有一个手性中心的β-氨基醇，一是手性中心为连羟基的手性碳原子：D-N，N-二烷基-2-氨基丁醇；二是手性中心为连氨基的手性碳原子：D-苯基甘氨酸衍生物和L-缬氨酸衍生物。D-2-氨基丁醇的催化效果不太好，这与其结构的空间位阻较小有关系，反应产物与连羟基手性碳构型一致；由苯基甘氨酸和缬氨酸出发合成五种β-氨基醇6-10，研究了不同ee％的-6作用下的二乙基锌-苯甲醛加成反应，发现该催化剂具有不对称放大效应；-7，9，lO的催化效果也比较令人满意，光学产率80％以上，所得产物构型与催化剂构型一致。

In order to obtain versatile ulitity of host molecules, three new chiral calix [4] crown ethers containing aza, thio atoms bearing two chiral sites provided by -cysteine ester were synthesized by the condensation of calix [4] arene diacid dichloride with oligoethylene glycol bridged bis-amino acid methyl ester. All new compounds were characterized by NMR, MS and elemental analysis.

Respectively, glutamic acid derivatized β-CD has been synthesized with epoxy chloropropane as the intermediate, a water-insoluble yellow liquid was got after the acetylating of the by using acetic anhydride, which was used as a novel gas chromatographic CSP; A water-soluble β-CD polymer cross-linked with epoxy chloropropane has been synthesized, and the derivatives of β-CD polymer were synthesized by its alkylating and acetylating. The different β-CD derivatives were coated on silica capillary columns by dynamic method, the chromatographic properties and retention behaviors of the fused silica capillary columns were studied, the results showed that the β-CD derivatives had good stereoselectivity and separation results to some compounds, especially to various positional isomers and enantiomers.

本文还分别以环氧氯丙烷为中间体，合成了七{2，6-二-O-[3-(1，3-二羟基丙氨酸)]}-β-环糊精，再用醋酸酐将其乙酰化，得到了一种淡黄色粘稠液体，合成了一种新型的环糊精衍生物；以环氧氯丙烷作交联剂合成了一种水溶性的β-环糊精聚合物，再将其烷基化和酰基化，合成了β-环糊精聚合物的不同衍生物，用动态法将不同类型的β-环糊精衍生物涂渍在石英毛细管柱上，通过对所制备柱柱性能的测试和对一系列化合物的分离和保留行为的研究，结果表明所合成的β-环糊精衍生物对各类化合物，特别是对位置异构体和对映异构体具有较好的分离效果，显示了很强的立体选择性。

Results: 1. The value of all experimental indexes decreased significantly after heat stress, and reached the lowest at the time 2-8 hours after heat stress. This indicates that the immunity of the mice is damaged to the largest extent at 2-8 hours after heat stress. 2. L-arginine supplementation with appropriate dose could remit the acute atrophying of thymus and spleen tissue caused by heat stress. 3. After L-arginine supplementation with appropriate dose, the lymphocyte proliferation, the level of concentration of IL-2 and * expression of IL-2R raised in the group with room temperature; in the heat stress group the level of three indexs decrease significantly. Furthermore, the decrease of the group given 1 .Smglg.bw L-arginine is the smallest. This result indicates that the concentration of 1 .Smglg.bw L-arginine supplementation could remit the depressment of the immunity caused by heat stress. 4. The [Ca2~] in activated thymocytes of the group with L-arginine -2- supplementation is significantly higher than that of the group with water supplementation. This indicates that L-arginine supplementation could protect thymoeytes of mouse under heat stress. We also found that the fluorescence intensity of [Ca2~] in activated thymocytes of the group given 1 .Smglg.bw L-arginine is the highest.

结果：1、热应激后小鼠的各项免疫指标均有显著性下降，其中在2.8小时降到最低，提示在这个时间段小鼠的免疫功能受到最大损害；2、适量补充精氨酸有助于缓解热应激导致小鼠胸腺和脾脏的急性萎缩；3、常温组，补充适量精氨酸后小鼠淋巴细胞增殖活性、IL-2的浓度及IL-2R的表达均有显著性上升，而热应激后三指标均显著降低，其中在精氨酸给予浓度为1.5mg/g.bw时三指标的降低程度最少，提示该浓度可最大程度缓解热应激对小鼠免疫功能的抑制；4、补充精氨酸组的活化胸腺细胞［Ca~(2+)］较给水组有显著性上升，说明精氨酸对热应激小鼠胸腺细胞具有保护作用，并发现在精氨酸给予浓度为1.5mg/g.bw时活化胸腺细胞的胞浆钙离子荧光强度达到最大；5、热应激后小鼠血清NO的浓度均有不同程度的上升，补充精氨酸后血清NO上升更加明显，但并非随精氨酸给予浓度的增加而增加。
