Objective: To investigate the differences of central corneal thickness in myope that measured with Topcon sp3000p noncontact specular microscopy and ultrasonic pachymetry.

目的：比较角膜内皮细胞计与A超角膜测厚仪测量的角膜中央厚度值之间的差异性。

This thesis focus on GPS application in magnetic suspension engineering:① the formulation of oblique cylindrical projection is worked out according to characteristics of long distance precise engineering and map projection theory. The author has developed an application to accomplish coordinate conversion from generally used coordinate systems to oblique Maglev Coordinates System.② considering not only project peculiarities but also position of control points, selection of initial points, connection type, selection of repeat baseline and ground observed quantities, GPS network is designed on electronic map and we may extract GPS network information by program developed using Visual Basic 6.0 while the results are stored in control point file and baseline vector file.③estimate accuracy of various GPS networks designed on electronic map by method of 2D restriction adjustment. GPS network simulation design and accuracy estimate come true.④Predominate the rules how connection type , repeat baseline and precise baseline of range finder influence GPS network precision through comparing accuracy of various GPS network. Thereby, the solution how to establish GPS network in long distance precise engineering is figured out.

本论文主要研究GPS技术在磁悬浮工程中的应用：①根据长距离精密工程的特点，从地图投影原理出发，推导出斜轴圆柱投影的应用公式，并编制计算软件，实现从常用坐标系统向斜轴磁悬浮坐标系统的转换计算；②在AutoCAD电子地图上，根据工程的需要，并充分考虑控制点的点位、起算点的选择、连接方式、重复基线的选择和地面观测量的选择等因素，在电子地图上进行GPS网的设计，根据Visual Basic 6.0语言编程，提取出GPS网资料，保存在控制点文件和基线向量文件中；③对在电子地图生成的各种类型的GPS网进行二维约束平差的精度估算，实现了GPS网的模拟设计与精度估算；④通过对各种控制网的精度比较，掌握连接方式、重复基线、精密测距仪基线对GPS网精度影响的规律，解决了长距离精密工程GPS网的建立方法。

Methods The osmolality of sodium hyaluronate gels with sodium hyaluronate concentration of 0.5%, 1.0% and 2.3% respectively were determined by VAPRO 5520 pressure osmometry. The sampling system with pipette or weighing method was compared.

The mean velocity distributions in turbulent boundary layers of smooth surface and two different riblet surfaces are measured with IFA300 constant-temperature anemometer in low-speed wind tunnel to validate the full development of turbulent boundary laye. Friction velocity and wall friction stress of turbulent boundary layer are obtained with the least-squares fitted curve of the sublayer velocity distribution based on Spalding formula, and virtual origin position of riblet surface can be acquired accurately.

在低速风洞中来流速度一定的情况下使用IFA300恒温热线风速仪测量了光滑表面和两种不同尺寸的脊状表面湍流边界层平均速度分布剖面，并验证了试验段湍流发展的充分性；通过应用Spalding壁面公式使用最小二乘法精准拟合了实验测量的边界层内层速度分布曲线，得到了湍流边界层壁面摩擦速度并进一步求得湍流壁面摩擦应力，较准确地计算出脊状表面的虚拟原点位置，并通过与对数律公式拟合结果比较分析，证实了该方法更加准确有效。

Initial adherenced cells mostly are round or short fusiform. Division growth of adherenced cells was shown 72 hours after fully changing suspension(.2)Flow cytometry analysis of the adherenced MSCs indicated good homogenicity of passage cells. More than 95% CD34- and CD44+ demonstrated the cells we get were purified MSCs.

2对贴壁生长的MSCs进行流式细胞仪检测，提示传代的细胞均一性较好，表面抗原CD34表达阴性，CD44表达阳性的细胞均在95%以上，说明得到的是比较纯化的MSCs。

The efficiency correction function of source absorption of an HPGe γ detector is determined by experiment in energy range from 59.5keV to 1408keV and density range from 0.3g/cm^3 to 2.0g/cm^3. Fit Polynomial and fit Sigmoidal are compared.

采用实验法在59.5keV~1408keV的能区和0.3g/立方公分~2.0g/立方公分的密度范围内，测定一台HPGeγ谱仪效率的源自吸收修正函数，比较了多项式拟合和S拟合两种形式的源自吸收效率修正函数。

MethodsWith vire pulse (40 cases) and common pulse(35 cases),sphygmograph was used to test pulse graph parameters of taut pulse (38 cases).

Biceps, triceps, subscapular, chest, midaxillary, abdomen, suprailiac, thigh, and media calf skinfolds were measured by Lange skinfold caliper (Lange corp., Cambridge, Maryland, U.S.) in 50 male college students. percent body fat were also measured by two newly portable simple BIA analyzer Tanita TBF-501 (Tanita corp., Tokyo) and Omron HBF-300 (Omron corp., Kyoto). We also got the Anthropometry data Body mass index (BMl, waist-to-hip ratio for assessment of obesity and in comparison with one Japanese, two American, and two European skinlold prediction equations.

本研究以两所大学院校之青年男生共50名为研究对象，以Tanita TBF -501型、Omron HBF -300型两种简易携带型生物电子阻抗仪（Bioimpedance analysis，以下简称BIA）所实测而得之体脂肪比率，加上九点皮脂厚测量值与腰围、臀围、体重等测量值，套用一种日本、两种美国及两种欧洲体脂肪比率预测公式与国内外多种肥胖判别公式，进行分析比较。
