The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of radiochromic film dosimetry, including the film response versus time, dose linearity, energy dependence and angular dependence. In addition, we measure the output factors for the field defining collimators used in gamma knife by using spherical phantom. The measurement results were compared with the results of Monte Carlo simulation.

本研究将探讨辐射变色软片侦测辐射之特性，包括软片反应与时间关系、剂量线性度、能量依存度及角度依存度；并使用加马刀立体定位放射手术剂量验证用之球型假体，量测加马刀四种不同大小准直仪头盔之剂量分布及相对输出因子，并与蒙地卡罗模拟结果作一比较分析。

The results of our study have demonstrated that,(1) quadrivanlents in diakinesis Ⅰ are ideal materials for micromanipulation;(2) compared with the instrument used to microisolate chromosomes with a dissecting needle perched on a dissecting microscope outfitting with a micromanipulator or laser beam, the equipment most common used in our study is relatively inexpensive and the techniques could be established as a standard procedure in the ordinary laboratory;(3) the gene mapping methods developed in the study is an efficient and fast approach that could advance gene mapping of fish and other species.

本研究结果表明，（1）减数分裂Ⅰ终变期染色体标本是进行染色体显微操作研究的理想材料；（2）与显微操作仪和微激光分离相比较，本研究所探索的显微分离染色体方法不需要昂贵仪器，在常规实验室即可操作，具有广泛的普及应用意义；（3）把染色体显微操作应用于基因定位这种构思是完全可行的。这种基因定位方法简明而快捷，从而为鱼类及其它物种染色体定位研究开辟了一个新的研究方式和途径。

The matrix composites for diamond tools were tested with such modern testing instruments and equipments as DTA-7 differential thermal analyzer, JCXA-733 electronic probe and scanning electron microscope, JEM 2000 FX Ⅱ transmission electron microscope, eXL energy spectrometer, and humidity test instrument. The analysis, comparison, and induction of the testing results prove the enhancing effects of the rare earth on the matrix composites: degeneration, micro-alloying, purification, and catalytic activation. The comprehensive function of these effects leads to the decrease in the porosity of the matrix composites and to the increase in such actual indexes as the flexural strength, hardness, and impact ductility of the whole rare earth Fe-based diamond tool materials.

由DTA-7型差热分析仪、JCXA-733型电子探针及扫描电镜、JEM2000FXⅡ型透射电镜、eXL能谱仪以及莱茨2AP高温显微镜材料润湿性测试仪等现代测试仪器设备对金刚石工具材料进行了测试实验，对测试实验的结果进行了分析、比较和归纳，证实了稀土对胎体材料具有变性、微合金化、纯化和催化活化等四大强化作用机理，这些机理的综合作用导致了胎体材料孔隙率的降低和整个稀土Fe基金刚石工具材料抗弯强度、硬度及冲击韧性等实际使用性能的上升。
