因 在运动方式上，上肢要承担复杂、精细、灵巧的动作，而下肢只是完成简单、粗、半自动的步行，只要维持躯干平衡就能在地面走路[1]。这并不是说下肢的康复治疗不重要，只是说明上肢的康复治疗复杂、更精细，在康复治疗过程中，不仅存在运动功能问题，而且还涉及心理问题。

So many other exercises,including walking,lead to almost the same results painlessly,so why jog?
