Campo Vieje has four types of wine: the white wine is fermented in the oak barrel for 4 to 6 months. The wine fluid is refined and fresh, with a fruit and vanilla fragrance. The structure is well balanced and suitable for smoked fish and white meat. Crianze is full of the aroma of ripe fruits, together with the fragrance of licorice. It tastes tender, elegant, and as smooth as velvet and will taste better with half-baked beef steak or mutton chop. Reserva is a very rich and mellow wine, perfect for meat.
